Lovely and professional therapist. Jade was warm and friendly and a very assured waxer. It was my first appointment at Defern, and I have booked to go back to Jade again.

Defern salon is a real gem. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There is a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The salon has a modern sleek decor. Melissa is amazing in the way she can make my awful nails look stunning with shellac manicure. It is no mean feat as I work as a dog walker!She is professional , yet has a great sense of humour, and a very relaxed manner. I know having my nails done is a bit of a luxury but it is worth every penny. I highly recommend a visit to spoil yourself.

Katie was professional, charming and caring. She did my pedicure beautifully. It was a really enjoyable hour! And it has lasted really well too.

Had a massage today and it was so good! Lovely salon, clean, super friendly and welcoming. Massage didn’t feel rushed, was really relaxing and left feeling great! Will definitely be back :)

Just had the most amazing Pro Collagen Anti-Aging facial with Jade. She was brilliant and it was so relaxing from beginning to end - and believe me, I did not want it to end. My skin feels and looks amazing and I’m so happy with the results. Thank you Jade! ♥️

Recommended - great lash and brow tinting. I've been a number of times in recent years but Emily just joined and it's the first time I've had her for my treatment. She did an excellent job, I'm really pleased! I'd recommend both Defern and Emily to others
