    Had no issues here on a quiet weekday lunchtime. Food was what I expected and restaurant appeared clean. Service was very fast. I think this is probably one of the better KFCs in Luton then the other one. Good to see KFC have introduced the ordering screen system and very glad that they are now offering a vegan burger for vegetarian. And it’s Halal.

    Rather disappointed with the food quality. The meat in the burger was very oily, the chicken wrap had more batter than meat. The filling in the burrgers/wrap tasted horrible. Staff managed to get the orders but seemed miserable and had no communication skills - if you shouted the order numbers louder then people would hear you :| )

    Ordered zinger burger it was cold, Anna said I will change the bottom. Chips were burnt and old, told her she said I packed myself they should be alright. Order cappuccino gave me black coffee with milk Said they don’t have it Just sent us over new chips

    Went to restaurant today came all the way from milton keynes only because of halal restaurant i had really bad experience of poor food quality not upto standards of KFC. Corn was too old to eat out of taste firstly they didn't check and serve really bad then upon request changed infect the changed ones were out of taste not fresh and with bad smell also zinger burgers was not fresh. This is second time i had same experience. Staff have no clu and giving poor explanations that they cannot check each item my question is who is responsible for quality check then ?? That shouldn't be answer to get rid if issue... not amused at all. If KFC UK looking at those reviews then pls react fast otherwise someone will have food poisoning because not fresh food served here..

    A nice restaurant, but the food was not at the level of Turkish food that we are accustomed to. I went with my family for lunch. They served us meat with dough ( lamujen) as if it was old, frozen, and heated. It was very bad and the bill was high. We did not enjoy it at all. Perhaps this restaurant is only for shisha and nothing more.

    This is one of the few KFC I can say I enjoy eating at. The staff are lovely and food always tastes fresh unlike some other branches I've been too. Despite it being luton it was quiet when I went which is good I guess.

    Ordered my food and got a lipton ice tea which was pretty much water but i got it with no ice… This has happened a few times to me personally the food is pretty good however the assembly of the burgers can be bad sometimes and the burger pretty much falls apart

    Located within Hatters Retail Park, this KFC is halal (Visit date Sept 2023). There are quite a few self order screens, the service is quite fast but wait can increase during busy times. There is a drive through and free parking outside too. The food is good and staff are happy to help. There is seating inside and outside, and a bathroom available for customers. Only downside is, most times the self service checkouts, don't print your receipt or its out of paper. Becomes a hassle when the counter staff ask for it. Take a picture if you can of your order/receipt number, from the screen.

    absolutely terrible if i could give minus stars i would. The shift manager was very horrible, talking very very rudely as if i had threatened them or if i gave myself the wrong food on their behalf. Every single time i get my food from their the food is always given to me incorrectly and by far the worst customer service i have received in my life from any places i have been to. they gave me the wrong food and then once i came back to complain first they tried to get rid of me by asking me to go round and i then the person that was working there called the manager and he didn't listen to anything i said and was very rude and just took the food back and sed "what do you want" and as he was being so rude i just asked for my refund back and then that was processed and didn't offer to give me the correct food or anything considering i was getting dinner and i didn't have anything else to have. This was by far the worst experience i have had and really recommend for everyone to stay away from this rude customer service and I will not be returning. that specific shift manager ruins your entire experience and doesn't really care about anything.

    Missing order for delivery several times from this branch. What kind of service do you have? Simple checking for the order lists before giving it to the food delivery driver haven't done properly.

    We used the app to order five meals at 1202, for delivery in 15-25 minutes. An email followed, saying delivery between 1240 and 1250. My lunch hour is not flexible, so when the food arrived, we had very little time to eat. About 10 warm-not hot- fries in a bag. Burger ok. Won't eat here again, very disappointing.

    Food is alright, but the service is horrendous. You will wait for 20 min for your food and then they will tell you that there's no corn or gravy or something. Every time I'm eating there , there's always some kind of a problem. And then you have to go after them and ask them to give you a substitute for the food that is missing. You have to ask them and remind them always what's on your order. I understand that they are very busy and realistically it's not the staff's fault, but surely someone has to be responsible?! What is the management doing , cause it has been like this always!

    Went in for special Wednesday deal. Every other branch seems to have it, but it seems as though this one NEVER does. In fact, it has a reputation for often giving out the wrong orders and exchanging things without the knowledge of the customer. Every time I go through the drive-thru, I always have to check whether or not I have received the correct order. And believe me, when one has a million other things to do than check out whether they have got the correct order in the middle of a drive-thru, it can be terribly irritating.

    The only thing which takes me there is that branch has HALAL chicken. Their burgers are 2/5. But their super charger mayo wrap is my favourite so that is 5/5. Rice box is 4/5 Chicken pieces are never crispy and they are oily and soggy so that are 0/5

    Yeah it's alright. Okay customer service, relatively clean, but incredibly poor reception for phone and internet. No free WiFi so your KFC app doesn't work when you're in this KFC! The one down the road in Dunstable is far superior.

    Half the normal size and served cold. Things were missing. They don't do real KFC recipe, they also use the cheapest burger buns. 40mins waiting time, I will not be buying from this branch again.

    There are far too many flies in this establishment. It is very off putting to see the flies in the area where your food is being prepared. They also run out of basic condiments far too often. Some of the staff members are not very friendly either, borderline rude.

    Ordered Zinger Rice Box, Sweet Chilli Dipped Bites, Kansas BBQ Bites last night via KFC app, went to collect and was made to wait for 20 minutes after I gave them the order details (#8241). All of the food was cold. BBQ Dipped Bites were dry. Not happy with this level of service from KFC.

    I still have no idea why I ended up at KFC Chaul end even I’ve made my mind up about they won’t change…. For the sake of feedback….What you need to fix is your food portions, better syrup for your tasteless drinks!, pay a little more to your staff so they have a smile on their poor miserable faces (though I always try to cheer them up (all drive through places) I was not in the right mood tonight), make it compulsory for staff to ask for sauces and some tissues. I think this is bear minimum. I know it’s a waste of time to expect any improvements but I’m sure some of the customers / viewers will agree?

    First ever worst experience from a KFC outlet in my life. I brought chicken wings meal and chicken popcorn meal. Chicken popcorn meal was fine. Chicken wings was the worst. They tasted kerosene. Also, pepsi tasted flat without carbonation. No way never again.

    It’s a nice place but very badly managed….. almost every time our order was served incorrectly. Staff is very nice and polite but always struggling and won’t be able to cope with the orders…. Food is also ok but this place needs new management urgently. This place has hygiene issues as well.

    Poor quality food delivered (ordered on just eat). Have a look at the vegan burger they sent (£6) and the twister wrap (also £6). Never buying from them again, since this is not the first time this has happened. Absolutely shameless.
