I visited Sunday morning as I was looking for a soft play close to the M1 to break up a long journey. This soft play is massive, staff were friendly and a great range of stuff. My daughter is 15 months and has a great time. There was a separate section for older kids that looked good. The food a drink options are quite unhealthy and they do not have decaf coffee. I had beans on toast which was nice. I recommend this soft play, especially on a Sunday morning as it was super quiet. Thank you

Great place for the kids! Party rooms are amazing! So is the service. Two negatives are there's no carpet downstairs and children are expected to walk in there own socks that do get ruined. Would advise to bring a change of socks for the kids. Quite a bit of dust in the main venue, you only see this when your drinks have sat for a few minutes it's floating on top.

High prices for what they offer. I’ve been a regular customer there but nothing new, no improvements in the last 3/4 years. Soft play areas are dirty, staff is “cleaning” the place superficially, they are just enjoying talking/chatting instead of doing their job. All of them have shoes on when they are cleaning and as well during the day when they supervise the area. As a customer I don’t see a point taking your shoes off when their staff are walking around kids like that , spreading germs.

Summer holiday activity for 3 children today. It was a great 'stress free' experience. It was pretty quiet but that could be due to most people being on holiday or it being a very sunny day outdoors after such a long time. I found the prices are a little steep for entry and tea and coffee for 2 was just over £6 which i thought was expensive as it wasn't really a coffee shop. I think the place could do with a makeover to make it more pleasant and enjoyable for adults as well as children. A small coffee area that was nice to sit in with windows and light coming in or an upper level to sit and chat or do some online activity whilst children are enjoying their time in the play areas. It felt more like a school hall waiting to pickup your children after playcentre.

Great for children, I used to go here when I was little and my daughter loves it too. The baby/toddler section which is quite large and has lots of soft play areas including slide, swing, ball pit etc. Feels very safe. Overall clean but the baby kitchenette area could be wiped down more frequently as it’s a little dusty. Nice cafe and large seating area to get drinks, snacks or some light lunch. Would recommend!

We had a fantastic time with our granddaughter. Such a lot of equipment for her to try, the equipment is clean and in good repair. The staff are exceptionally friendly and we all had a lovely couple of hours. Thanks. 😀

It is a beautiful place and the staff are nice, but often the toilets are not clean and the smell of changing babies is a nightmare. Also, the prices have become high and do not suit everyone.

Visited today, the building wasnt open on time which meant we couldn’t get in. You would think staff would arrive earlier than the first booking time. Food order was wrong (twice) by the same girl at the cafe. Cafe girl couldn’t be bothered to be there, communicate and spent most of their time leaning on the food counter chatting. I would hope management should teach more skills to this young group of employees. Run by kids which is super cool (if you get it right). I couldn’t see one “adult” on site. That’s a little concerning for a kids play centre. I would say the toys and set up is great! And my kids love it. But I had to feed my kid the wrong meal because they just wouldn’t listen or apply themselves.
