I had 2 breakfast ordered, with specific items, they came out with 2 standard breakfast, we decided not to take as it is, as some of the food we didn't like from the stock breakfast... They swapped it without problem, happy days. Going back the next morning, as soon as we got to the till, the same lady from yesterday informed us immediately, there is a 20 minute wait for the food - she did not said this to anyone else - but whatever, i accepted the fact, they maybe busy, so we ordered - then sat down. After 40 minutes I had to ask for my food, they simply did not make our order, while many others - came after us - finished the breakfast in the meantime. The food was unacceptable, and I no mean a fussy person, I eat whatever front of me usually, this time I had to leave half of it on the plate. Not going back there again for sure. Worth to mention, in that 40 minutes, I had plenty times to just sit and watch, and 3 other customer took his plate back to them. I'm not expecting any special service, just to bring the order as they took it, there seems to be a problem in their communication chain, or they simply don't care...

Had a breakfast. 11 15 morning. Was diappointed the food was just warm the toast was so thin and butter did not melt as not very warm. Had before and was lovely . Would think twice before going again.

The best thing about the café is the ladies working there, I'm guessing they are understaffed as it took some time to receive our food and at the same time having to deal with horrible customers who can bare to wait a little longer for their food. The café itself definitely needs some tlc from Mr or Mrs Morrisons as it is run down with lots of things broken or dirty.

The staff are extremely friendly and will accommodate any requirements. We had a cream tea - the sandwiches were fresh. The portion of clotted cream was very generous. When we looked around, the food that other people were eating looked tasty and just freshly made. Their plates were empty at the end of their meals. The portions looked big. We think that this is a good place to eat - kids eat free with a paying adult; that’s a bonus too with current prices. We have not had any problems.

Arrived for a quick lunch with my mother. Not overly busy and was served promptly by a cheery girl. That’s where the good part ended. Only ordered avocado and egg on toast twice with cup of tea and coffee. Went to only clean table available and waited 45 minutes for the order to arrive at which point we had already finished our drinks. Not wanting to complain at this point as we were both quite hungry by then we started to tuck in. Only to be faced with stone cold egg and toast!!!! Will not be coming again!!!

This was our first time of visiting. There was a wide choice on the menu and good pricing. You can order with a person or digitally through a screen which was a nice option. We arrived late afternoon so it was very quite. Despite this the cafe felt unclean. The floor sticky and many dirty tables that were not cleaned in the time we were there. The lady that served us was very rude. She only bought half our order telling us we would have to wait, then on bringing the rest out just banged it on the table and walked away. The staff and their attitude unfortunately really letting this cafe down

Great tasty food

Usually good service here, however today it would seem the elite kitchen staff. 4 people in the kitchen 1 poor lady serving and clearing the floor. Waited 10 minutes for our table to be cleaned and prepared. Food cold and incorrect upon arrival. So maybe the 4 in the kitchen need to help out their colleague on the floor so that the food will arrive hot. A whole row of tables dirty when we arrived and still when we left.
