Big store that is well stocked, however labelling a little over the place so careful to double check what you buy matches the shelf. Checkout staff however need to improve their customer service. Quite times all checkouts are open but busy times with big queues only one checkout open but lots of staff just walking around. When you are served the cashiers seem very blunt and unhappy to be there. Service with a smile would be nice. Be careful entering the car park too. Large pot holes scatter the car park. Nice garden center to the rear of the shop with good choice of plants and reasonably priced

Always clean and make sure everything is priced. Ask a staff member the price of something, and he said he didn't know and walked off. I found a young lady called Wendy and she was very helpful. Young girl on the till was very polite and served us very quickly. It would be nice if you had the server name on the receipts, and then i could give praise when it's due. People are two happy to moan but don't give enough praise when it due.

No customer service here whatsoever! Rude & blunt service staff - told to join the back of a huge queue because the staff member didn’t scan an item I had on the conveyer because before I’d even finished packing my stuff she decided to start serving the next customer! Rude and inconsiderate, definitely won’t be using this one again, much better service and friendliness at my local one.

Location is convenient, sadly a few times now staff have been quite rude, and showing disinterest. We usually find what we need at a good price, which is good. It’s just the final end product (checkouts) that seem to be a problem. A few times now, the check out staff aren’t paying attention, or are rude.

Love it! Space is very good. Each section is very clear. I always go there almost every 2-3 times per week. I'm quite a fan of B and M.

Plenty of choice in all areas of store, luckily not too busy, picked up some stocking fillers...very reasonable.. recommend highly

Well this place in Luton go there to get bird 🐦 🐦‍⬛ food. It's a Freenzy in my garden birds after the food. Seeds, peanuts and Fatballs. B&Ms sell them at reasonable prices. Looking forward to discount-offers on bird food in future. Thank you.

Very disorganised, protein powder with dishwasher tablets one example . Hopefully a seasonal stock change for Xmas. Xmas goods in about 6 different locations.
