I was there last Thursday and the customer service was very poor. The checkout assistant Dawn who served me did not greet me at all or wished me a good day when I left, no smile or engagement with me the customer.

Visited the store for breakfast Saturday ordered the food on the computer got told no black.pudding when food arrived at table baked beans missing and got told no orange juice why is the computer system selling items that the customer won't receive went to toilet in the store 9.30am the mens was filthy and the cleaning sheet had not been touched that day for 7 8 and 9 am? Review is for the Cafe. Waiting over an hour for 2 breakfast orders. A lady who was behind me waited for 40mins for 2 slices of toast and eventually left! Looked like the was staffing shortages. Which seems to be the problem tye few timex i have visited On a good note, cannot fault the food at all. Very fresh and hot.

Clean cool and tidy store. Plenty of self checkouts that work. Decent range of products (but not all). Some good deals too and excellent deli bars and cheese selections.

Great store, just a shame that sandwiches and lunch items are never filled up when the store opens. Good business acumen would be to prioritise this. However staff were helpful to find what I wanted

Possible whose not the day. Lot's of empty shelfs, and I did not find grounds coffee, not kook food, I know there lots of things but today not really much. Staff confuse couldn't help much.

Morrisons is brillant set out and get round with ease and its wheelchair friendly. The cafe thou is really good value for money i had a big english breakfast and the porridge i would highly recommend and it cooked fresh to order in word excellant. There is click and collect service at the front of store and car parking is allocated on site as long you gone 3 hours its free top tip of day so how i do it stop at cafe first then do the shopping and then head home lol.
