Great community kickboxing & MMA club - Caters for all ages and abilities

Excellent club. Very professional and dedicated to coaching all people to a high standard, at their own pace. My granddaughter has developed excellent motivational skills and being part of the group has made her feel valued. Dan also takes classes at a local school, this has been a huge success and there is a waiting list of pupils wanting to join. Highly recommend this club.

Today my son have grading... After a short time he got the red belt and all thanks to the trainers The Focus team is a team of experienced trainers who put all their effort and soul into these children I will continue to recommend you and wish you great success in the future

Terrific club! Exceeded my expectations, the coaches are really friendly and great at getting the kids motivated and FOCUSed :) My son loves it every class and I always see positive outcomes with health, fitness, and mind.

My daughter thoroughly enjoys attending Focus Martial Arts. She has learnt so much from the coaches and the club is very well organised. Highly recommend!

My daughter loves her kickboxing sessions, she has learnt so much from her coaches, Ven, Phil and Dan. It’s really helped with her confidence in taking part in activities with older children, currently the youngest in the session.The coaches have been great at making her feel comfortable and keeping her engaged in learning new and important life skills.
