The ladies at the restaurant were rude and their customer service was bad. Even after I told them I didn't speak Twi, they kept communicating with me in Twi and that was also very unpleasant.

One of the best hotels in Techiman. Techiman itself serves as a center for agricultural produce from neighboring communities. For this reason, it is a hot spot for local traders for whole sale purposes. Not being a tourist location, there isn't much hotels that may appeal to international visitors. But this hotel does it's best to provide quality service for both Ghanaians and foreigners alike. They have a range of menu at their restaurants and the staff make staying here comfortable. They also operate a small bar for extra relaxation and also has a conference room.

Better than most others in the Municipality but still a long way to go. Bed not up to standard, need iron in tge rooms, wifi not functioning properly. They should pay attention to minor details.

The team is so helpful and professional, the two young women at the bar and breakfast were very helpful and provided a lot of advice and so did the young man at the reception, he help us with the taxi and food delivery we had a great stay. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning felt perfect. We would definitely be coming back there if we were to stay in techiman again. The accommodations are very affordable and the location is quite away from the city noise but close to the centre too.

Their emergency service is on point. And every department do their very best. I love the surgical department.

A decent place. There's hot water. Decent breakfast. Comfy rooms. Friendly staff. It's not the most modern of places but service is good. I can recommend them for short stays. Complementary WiFi works great too.

Staff are friendly but don't expect breakfast to be on time if you're leaving the hotel by 7:00am, might as well skip that. Rates are affordable, from GHS 160 standard to GHS 500 (VIP, quite affordable it's laughable). Air-conditioning and water heaters in my room worked perfectly fine, though the entire edifice, from restaurant to reception to bathroom to bathrooms and rooms are very dimly lit. Walls are also mouldy and I assume they don't regularly receive guests because the rooms are stuffy with windows that barely allow any fresh air to come through. Food prices from their restaurant are also quite high with prices ranging from GHS 35 (for rice and chicken) up to GHS 60 (for fufu)

What I dislike about this hotel is that they do renovations when guests are in and trying to rest hence there is no peace and quiet.
