Encom was amazing. Their food menu is great and has many options. They cooked a wide spread of breakfast foods for us every morning and cooked our group lunch every day as well. They catered dinner and played fun music at the bar outside every night. Good service and wifi. Staff was all very friendly!

The laziest restaurant ever, they give you an enormous menu but only had 3 dishes and the waiter was behaving as if we were bothering her whatever we asked. Another lady then helped us when she saw we were getting desperate, bad bad dont waste your time

The place is nice so are their food but the duration at which your order will be ready is very poor.

Poor customer service, delay in serving food ( breakfast ready at 7.40 instead of 7 , long wait for dinner) poor choice of drinks. Room fair but only a small towel in the shower.

I heard that this was the most popular hotel in Techiman with the best food one could find so when I found myself in Techiman it was the first place I decided to go but I was disappointed to find the place fully booked which didn't surprise me because of how popular it seems to be. But I was disappointed by the service I received at the restaurant, they had only plain rice and nothing else on the day. No variety of food just rice. For a restaurant that had come highly recommended it was disappointing that they didn't have anything else other than rice. I don't know what had happened that day but it was only rice on the menu. The wait staff were not pleasant and looked like they wanted to be anywhere else but there. I didn't like the experience and I hope that I will have a better experience next time.
