I like the mall. Well organized and very clean. While inside, one can tell how productive the mall is. Very busy and active. Every business there is earning. A great number of sellers that we met there gave us the best of customer services. It's a place worth visiting.

Was happy to find conglomerate of the telcos, notably mtn, Vodafone and airteltigo operating there. This really helps. Especially, considering that the National Identification Authority's headquarters is about 500 metres away from the mall making it possible for many applicants who newly received their Identification cards to contact the telcos to register or unblock their SIM cards

One stop shopping mall with variety of world known brands. Well located but traffic and congestion form the interchange is a concern. A suitable place you can visit with family and friends to eat at the relaxing food court and experience all sort of entertainment including cinemas. Shops of well known brands include Samsung, Apple, Huawei, Game, Shoprite, MAC, Banana, KFC, Barcelos, Woodin, Nallem, Banks, Sports shops etc. Free secured parking also awaits you.

Accra Mall is a shopping centre that has numerous brands in its enclosure, such as MAC, Swatch, Huawei, Istore, and Sketchers, to name a few. It also has lots of well-known Western eateries such as Burger King and KFC. It is air-conditioned and there is a vast amount of free parking being monitored by security staff. Numerous local banks have ATMs available in the mall. Accra Mall caters to the middle class and well-off as most prices would be out of reach to the average person. One criticism would be that there is no eatery serving Ghanaian food. The only one that was available has moved to a different location. Accra Mall would definitely satisfy any shopaholic's desire.

Accra mall is one of the finest mall I've visited so far in Accra. It's pretty large, and features quite alot of merchandise just like sprintex mall. Pricing is relatively ok. A bit pricy on some items though. Car parking space is fairly big, and packaging is good and solid. On weekend, there can be more traffic than usual. Always plan your shopping mid day.

Accra mall is good and big mall , it have more of international brands , and have two big supermarket ( shoprite and game ) and have food court and have many shops for clothes and shoes and mobile accessories and another more shops , it close at 9 pm .

I have met wonderful people everywhere in Ghana who take great joy in learning or doing their work. This mall seems to be the only place where people work who don't feel like being friendly or helpful. We witnessed an amazing scene: a young saleswoman trying to chew chewing gum with her chin on the counter. By the way, we were in the store for 15 minutes. When we wanted to pay, words like “please” and “thank you” were not heard. In another store, the young salesman preferred to explain to the young saleswoman what a great guy he was. He didn't care that there were customers in the store. Of course there are a lot of friendly and helpful people here, but the overall impression is unfortunately very disappointing. As I said, there are thousands of wonderful places in Ghana to shop and relax. The Accra Mall is not.

Accra Mall is a decent mall. It’s mostly an indoor mall with a “U” shape design, at the centre of which is the open air food court which houses about 12 different restaurants. Most shops are fully open by 9:00am and closed by 9:00pm I will make a pros and cons list you can use to inform your visit there. PROS Being the first mall, it’s the most popular and therefore has a wider variety of shops compared to the others. It’s at a central meeting place coming from most directions Variety of Transportation options to get to and from the mall is available at different price points. Trotro, taxi, uber. Neat washrooms CONS No information/directional signs of shops present and where to find them Getting in and out of the mall especially from Friday to Sunday is a whole struggle. Outside of the large number of visitors there is barely any parking attendance ensuring orderliness Accra mall has a website with all shop listings so check that out

The mall is the first of it's kind in Ghana and houses variety of shops and a cinema theatre. It is situated near the Accra-Tema motorway and some 3-5 minutes drive from the Airport and about 10 minutes drive from Shiashi It is a place where one can spend about 3-4 hours shopping, eating and entertaining himself/herself. Most of the foodstuffs are cheap but off high quality It's a place worth visiting while in Accra and it's environs

The first 3star standard shopping mall in Ghana. Became the Hallmark for all other shopping centers in Accra. You could find food, groceries, clothing and electronics at the various shops. Price is a little bit too reasonable.

Well, first thing I noticed is how beautiful most of the women, who come there, are. Let's be honest, shall we? Everybody knows it's a shopping mall. What you don't know is, there are beautiful ladies and gentlemen who you could say hi to and get a hi back. It's a great place to meet people if you keep your creepiness in the normal range. Accra Mall is tops for social distancing and shopper sanitizing, clean, quiet and friendly. I wish it provided a longer walk way, and that the open court eateries would start working again at full throttle. The parking lot is open and appreciably secure, with security agents available to advise if you make yourself vulnerable. I once brought out my laptop, worked a few minutes on it and put it back in the booth. An agent quickly came to my side and gently insisted that once I'd brought it out, it's best to carry it along. I sure did!

All in one mega store with great amenities. The mall is large and very easy to navigate from gate 1 to gate 2. The staff are friendly and courteous, I will explore the mall more today and have more detailed overview.

One of the hypermarkets in Accra. Well situated to serve the expat and high-end users. With few minutes from the Kotoka Airport, residential buildings and embassies. The shops inside the mall range from a supermarket selling household consumers goods, to electronics selling shops, gift shops, chocolatiers, drug store ... there's also a food court here where one can enjoy meals with friends and families. The prices are generally high (for obvious reasons) but it offers a convenient shopping experience in the hustle and bustle of the capital.

The biggest mall Accra has to offer. Very hygienic environment. Safety is assured and prices are very reasonable except for the luxury shops which is understandable. I usually go there for the experience. My favourite spot is the food court usually the musical sessions during the weekend. The car park is spacious too. Overall its a very tidy place to shop or take the family to.

Is a nice place to shop like any other mall it contains just about everything that a person may need to have a great day. The only thing missing is the children play ground of which other things make up for it, for example the cinema.. Children can watch kid rated movies and have great time and other fast food joints has places where children can play.. Like burger King is a good example. There have to major shall in the make people always go to restock the household supply. That is Shoprite and Game. There are wonderful places in the mall you can get clothes that includes Africa prints and good shoes. Not to talk about cool gadgets like phones, tablets, laptops, printers and many more. Ample parking . One stop shop for almost all needs. But availability of a car washing bay and or drive in vehicle service/ quick maintenance as well as a drive through food vending shop would have been nice.

Accra mall has no lights outside and very bad place to visit after 7pm. And most of the shops close very early. People like to shop late evening

Tho it’s the most popular shopping mall in Accra, I still think they need more improvement when it comes to serving customers. The workers and security personnels can be very rude sometimes. I feel there’s some sort of racism going on. I remember I was there one time, taking pictures and a security guy walked up to me, snatched my phone from my hand, just to stop me from taking pictures. I was totally embarrassed and disrespected. I reported the issue to the manager after I got home and I never heard from him. In spite of all that, I think one can get whatever he wants at the mall. They have very interesting discounts on their products as well. Clean washrooms too.

If you been to one, you've been to all literally. Tey do maintain their standard and easy to navigate around. You have excellent choices at mark up prices as with all of them. The building does houses every form of shops and entertainment sections to keep you occupied and as always plenty parking options. A good hang out spot as always.

One can also locate a bus stop from across it which has cars going to basically every part of Accra.

The Accra Mall is very busy and would probably satisfy most people looking for a "full mall experience" which usually includes: The presence of major international stores from different industries A crowd of shoppers mixed with sales people And restaurants with good food The relatively small space that The Accra Mall covers however, takes a few points away from the overall experience. There's not enough room for a lot of different shops to be present and limited space for long strolls and endless window shopping 😄 I would still recommend a visit. Always busy.. Its got everything under one roof save for cars! Its also a great place to hang out even if you're not shopping! Closed at 9pm but Cinema operates till much later! Security is on point with private security and 💂Ghana Police post available which makes it safe for everyone! NB: Uber, Bolt and Taxi hot-spot! 🚕

I had higher expectations for this mall after everyone was talking about it. And I was going to compare it with malls in Zambia. But quite frankly, I was very disappointed - it's just OK, very crowded outside, and just not nice at all. With that said, there is a Game and a Shoprite, so it's handy. Additionally, some of the shops are pretty nice and it's a good place for electronics.

Spacious parking spaces on regular days but hard to get during eventful days. Strategic location from all angles. Great view. Excellent customer service. Diverse hub of shops (forex bureau, grocery shops, eateries, perfume shops, clothes, electrical gadgets, home wares, jewelry shops, and so much more) with cool stuff to buy. Would definitely recommend to those who'd like a classy place to get their stuff (Although some items there are much expensive than traditional Ghanaian markets).

Overall very clean and safe. Shoprite Accra Mall was this way five years ago the last time that I was in this city, and it is still this way today.
