I loved the reception. very great customer service and great pizza😋😄😍affordable and delicious. 10/10 id recommend Gennex for any outing, dates or just a day out and even a meeting because the place is so serene and much easier to find . I loved the experience, I love the pizza , and I'll definitely go back there again. and oh! I almost forgot there's a promotion discount of 50% off any order on Monday's and Thursday's.

Trust me Gennex pizza makes the best pizza and and rice dishes in Ghana here...I have tried their All Meat pizza, Fried yam+spicy bongo pork and it was very nice... I Actually ordered for Jollof rice+spicy bongo goat and I had to put the spoon somewhere and use my natural s p o o n... it was so good... I recommend Gennex pizza for everyone... THINK FOOD, THINK GENNEX PIZZA

Their customers service is good but ordering takes too much time and the quality of their pizza is low, the crust is always thin and the sauce is not as juicy as a pizza should be. That’s what makes their pizza gets hard as soon as it gets cold so it usually better to eat it while it’s still hot. When you keep it in the fridge so get it microwaved the next day lol that’s the worst part. Hope you do better 🙂

Great food served hot

Very terrible service! I had decided not to ever go the again after a previous terrible service. I went there today with the hope that things would have improved. They served me a burnt pizza! I complained but they insisted it was normal and that some customers preferred that option. I left the purchased pizza at the restaurant after struggling to eat just a slice! A zero star best describes their service!
