recently
had
the
pleasure
of
staying
at
the
Kempinski
Hotel
Gold
Coast,
and
overall,
it
was
a
delightful
experience.
Let's
start
with
the
positives.
The
variety
and
quality
of
the
food
were
good.
The
hotel's
restaurants
offered
a
diverse
range
of
cuisines,
and
each
dish
I
tried
was
delicious.
Another
highlight
of
my
stay
was
the
excellent
service
provided
by
the
hotel
staff.
The
staff
members
were
attentive,
courteous,
and
went
above
and
beyond
to
ensure
that
all
my
needs
were
met.
A
special
shout-out
to
Emmanuel
who
went
above
and
beyond
to
locate
and
return
the
earphones
I
left
behind
in
the
airport
shuttle,
before
my
departing
flight.
The
hotel
also
boasts
an
impressive
array
of
amenities.
The
gym
was
well-equipped
with
modern
fitness
equipment,
allowing
me
to
maintain
my
workout
routine
during
my
stay.
The
spa
facilities
were
luxurious
and
offered
a
wide
range
of
amenities,
specifically
the
sauna
and
steam
room,
providing
a
much-needed
opportunity
for
relaxation
and
rejuvenation.
I
thoroughly
enjoyed
taking
advantage
of
these
amenities,
which
greatly
contributed
to
the
overall
quality
of
my
stay.
However,
one
aspect
that
detracted
from
the
otherwise
impeccable
experience
was
the
noticeable
smell
of
dampness
and
mold
in
the
rugs
throughout
the
hotel.
While
the
rest
of
the
property
was
well-maintained
and
appeared
clean,
this
issue
with
the
rugs
was
a
significant
downside.
The
smell
was
quite
pervasive,
and
it
was
particularly
noticeable
in
the
hallways,
and
common
areas,
and
bedroom.
In
conclusion,
the
Kempinski
Hotel
Gold
Coast
offers
a
wonderful
stay
with
its
excellent
food,
exceptional
service,
and
top-notch
amenities.
