Front office guys were dressed like gardeners. No Professionalism. Too bad

I like how you can single out something to appreciate about a place. My room had a balcony view and I can't forget how good I felt during my stay. I also enjoyed the blended watermelon that was served with my breakfast every morning.

Went looking for a pool. Found it but it was too deep for kids.😊

Rooms need complete make over...and painting. Unfavourable and ridiculous check in check out policy . The staff were however polite. The amount charged is really not worth your while. You can consider it only if you are out of options and working with a limited budget.

I have often wondered how hotels get a 5-star rating. Now I'm wondering how the Okera Hotel gets such a bad rating. I have been a guest in this hotel for several years. When we are in Accra we always stay in this hotel because it is clean and quiet. Best location in Osu! The staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool is wonderful and clean. What more could you expect from a stay at the hotel. Recently there is even a delicious breakfast. We feel completely comfortable and safe in this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay at the Okera Hotel... it's like coming home, beautiful!

Well this was my first time spending the night at an inn, so It was a bit strange for me at the beginning, spent the night in a clean and well prepared room, and with their 24hr customer service I was able to feel comfortable. The following morning I took a dive in their pool and had a great experience, mainly due to the fact that the inn is in a quiet neighborhood.

Cool place, nice pool but it's small and can't have much people in it, and the food wasn't impressive, they can do better. Out of 10 I'll give them a 7.5.

A quite and cool place for relaxation. Also a perfect venue for a pool party. They have nice dishes and drinks with cool price

First time and Its not bad

Friendly staff, serene environment, nice swimming pool experience. Good place for small outdoor events. Downside for me is on street parking, generally small size of the compound, and lack of wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

A lot has changed from the last time I went there. They are nicer and relate better with clients but still work to be done. But I hope Management will pay attention to the customer service from staff

Well very bad customer service not gonna lie . Yesterday we were at the pool when my brothers phone got missing from his bag and we were trying to find was to get the person who took it, the receptionist will not call anyone to help us figure out how it was taken and she’s very bad at talking . She talks like she’s being forced and she’s very very rude. I called to ask about it and she hanged up the phone on me as though I didn’t pay to go there . I plan on leaving this review every where possible and taking extra action if I don’t get the right response. Very rude receptionist
