I HAD to share my experience at Starbites Game Night! My family and I had a fantastic time. The food was delicious and the drinks were too. Our servers provided excellent customer service and a BIG thank you to Maria who kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed! Keep up the good work!

nice environment for good food ..easy nice quick bite on the move ..good customer service but pizza delays to be served. good parking view over the customer cars and activities..weather is mostly humid..nice sports bar and lovely cocktails with lovely gnashing at affordable prices .

I’ve been eating food from Starbites since I was a teenager and I am just realizing that I’ve never given them their flowers. First of all, big ups to their chefs for their consistency in making tasty meals. Everything from Starbites is yummy. From their pineapple juice to their pizzas and their jollof. Most especially their jollof and jerk chicken! Super delicious! Their customer service is not bad as well. I’ll give them 7/10 for that.

For me, Starbites has always been a good experience. I've had really nice moments with their waiters and waitresses.... And hey...I always get my Loyalty Card signed. Yeah.... I'm a loyal customer 😉👍

Good ambience

I liked the place a lot. You can either go.to the counter and order to fo or have seat inside or outside and be served. There are enough waiters to go around and they're nice enough. They serve all types of food from breakfast to dinner and desserts. It's a serene environment. They don't get five stars for me because of how their seats are, inside is sparse and we wanted to be inside because it was a hot day so I didn't get to see the outside. I didn't think I had to either because I'm not a professional at this. I also saw a house fly which I wasn't too happy about. Foods come out quickly enough. I got the full English with waffles and an apple.crumble pie. The pie isn't their best best work but everything else was lovely.

On Easter Monday, I took my wife on a surprise date to Starbite. We had a good chitchat over some samosa, potato chips, and charcoal grilled pork and had some passion fruit drink to wash it all down. Overall it was a nice experience. It would have been an excellent one if not for some delays in getting served. Maybe it was an outlier with their serving time not being prompt. Give them a try!

First i want to start with how rude the service is. We came in multiple times and my guest was treated like they didn’t pay for the meals when they did. This will be the last time i will spend my money at this restaurant. I came in and paid momo 4 times and one day the momo was down so i asked can i pay with my credit card the women said yes and they system didn’t take my card. So tonight i came in to order with some friends and she’s gonna ask me if i have my card. Like what? If Im a paying customer please don’t rudely ask me if im paying with my card. Your establishment needs to learn how to properly greet customers and also don’t have customers waiting 45 mins just for a waitress to come to the table. Besides the only good thing is the pineapple juice. I’m done have a blessed year.

Off the Atonsu Agogo road is the Asokwa branch of Starbites. It is situated directly opposite the Kumasi City Mall and share same premise with Shell We were in kumasi for my kid sister's wedding and all we needed was good breakfast after touching down from Accra We started off with muffins (extra soft and tasty???) Breakfast was simply good. I had grilled chicken instead of bacon, eggs, toasted bread, baked beans and tea ... of course The glass for the juice was too small??????? who wouldnt want a big glass when juice was fresh and nice Indeed starbite is a place to meet, eat and drink??

The atmosphere is cool and the staff are friendly. The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is because the food sometimes takes a while. The Starbites juice is also really nice.

The boys had an amazing Re-union hangout at this Starbite Branch in Kumasi. We had a cool waitress waiting on us who we got along with real quick. She was receptive and jovial as we kept disturbing her, if she is seeing this, then she represented Starbites quite well. Of course, the Starbite interior makes me wanna come back, regardless of the branch...lol Try their Smoothies...yummy!!

The menu looks good, the place is clean, the staff are friendly but to wait for one hour for a chicken wrap and a salad takeaway is just not acceptable. [EDIT] I have since visited this venue and the service is much, much better. Sunday mornings for breakfast is a regular thing and the chicken avocado wrap is highly recommended. Very satisfied.

Very respectful and helpful waitress that I encountered......speaks good English confidently, yet respectfully. The atmosphere is serene. The food served is delicious and their prices are moderate. Food however takes longer than 20 minutes to be ready, more than what time you are told to expect. They have different seating arrangements to meet your preferences.

This is another branch of Starbites restaurants located at Shell fuelling ⛽ station close to the Kumasi City Mall and directly opposite KFC. They serve individual pizza 🍕 and other dishes. They have a spacious parking space for customers.

Service is long!!!! It took 50 minutes to get 1x order calamari and we are still waiting 35 minutes later for food. We have been waiting almost 2 hours for food and there seems to no sign of it. It's not busy I here for it to take that long. First and last time here *** In all, we ordered 4 smoothies, 2 bottled juices, 2 malt, 3 vegetable fried rice with chicken, 1 vegetable fried rice, calamari, beef burger with fries, chicken and corn sandwich with fries, Atlantic lobster (it is big scampis if I’m not mistaken, they are definitely not Lobster) with vegetable fried rice. The waitress did not come back to our table after the drinks were served until the calamari came out 50 minutes later. Then, I had to go the counter to tell the waitress 3 times that we were paying for what was served and leaving before she went the into kitchen to bring out some of the food. The burger, sandwich and 1 order of fries came out 40 minutes after the calamari then it took another 20-25 minutes after the first ppl were done eating before I went back to counter for the others to come out. They all came out lukewarm or cold, didn’t taste like much. We went there to celebrate one of the kids birthday and were taken them to the play park after but we couldn’t by the time we got all the food. It took 2 hours to get food which is unacceptable. To add to it, someone decided to leave the front door opens by the time the second round of food came out so we got rushed by flies. So we asked for 3 take out containers to go. When the waitress walked away and came back, we told her we finally only wanted 1 take out container and we asked for our bill. She said the order was sent to the kitchen a long time ago so she couldn’t provide a printed bill (which made not sense at all). So I reviewed our entire order on her tablet and noticed she charged us for 3 take out containers. When we asked her about it she said once something is entered into the tablet, it cannot be removed. We went there for an experience and the experience was very bad and disappointing. For 455 ghana cedis, we would have gotten a much better experience by the street vendor much quicker and better tasting food.

Very bad customer service. Upon entering the restaurant nobody greeted, welcomed us or directed us to the seating area. In addition to that,once we sat down our waitress disappeared for about 1 hour. No one came to ask us if we were ready to order our meals until we approached another waitress nearby. We will not be returning to the kumasi branch.

First time coming there after a friend's recommendation. The atmosphere was on point especially with the karaoke. Service by the waitress was great. Nevertheless the only minus was I sent my food home after waiting 1 hour plus for it. I came there around 9:30pm ordered for a meal and received it at 11pm.
