I remembered this place from a previous visit and decided to return for fufu. The environment is great, but the service was a bit slow :( Had to wait over an hour. Mentioned it to waitress and the management was kind enough to give us complimentary fruit for dessert. Besides that, the fufu and light soup tasted good.

Food is good. Service is first class. Obviously more expensive than a good chop bar.

The eating area had a lot of flies hovering about all over the table. We had to wait for 1 hour before our food was served and even with that it took persistence calling on the waitress before our food arrived. Poor customer service and overly expensive meal. The goat light soup was not tasty. The jollof and chicken was ok. We requested for grilled chicken but it looked like we were served with fried chicken. I'm never coming here again. Waste of money

Perfect location in the heart of oseikrom. Nice car park with adequate security and supervision. Their fufu and banku with tilapia does it for me though. Have anything you want to eat and drink in abundance and their covid protocols were in full swing. Good place for dinning anytime

Jofel over the years has improved tremendously in infrastructure, events and catering services, undoubtedly one of the best restaurants and event centre in Kumasi. However their contact numbers on line are incorrect, unreachable or unattended to making it difficult to place an order by call. I ordered for grilled chicken pieces, I don't know what I paid for. Management must be ware, else employees will run the company down.

Airy place. Should be prepared to wait for an hour for food. Waiters appear scarce and show little interest in catering. Good parking space and easily accessible from the airport. Food tastes as good as it looks and that's where it ends.

Jofel Catering service is located at airport round about . Is a very nice and cool place, their very good. They serves all types of meals.

The best place to have your events especially a wedding ceremony and also the best place for nice and delicious food. There are greater things coming for JOFEL. Clean and Renovated. The staff seems to have been trained well for your purpose. Give JOFEL a try and thank me later.

I love their TZ. Wide area . Enough car park. Decent place to have local dishes and continental in the garden city. Try their pizza yourself. If you are lover of grills you can try them. Guinea fowl goat cow etc.

They sold me spoiled spring rolls they didn’t correct the mistake and remake the order. They insisted I must pay for it when I couldn’t even eat the food. Please if you don’t want to fall I’ll, don’t eat here. The will give you food poisoning and tell you they are sorry.

I ordered French fries only on the menu at Gh30. Only to get a bill of gh50 ! When I drew their attention apparently there's an increase in price! I complained bitterly but they said there's nothing they can do. SAD! More room for improvement
