This is an altra modern fitness centre located at Kaase, Kumasi which has two spacious halls. One hall is installed with all the necessary equipment for all sorts of exercises. The other is meant for aerobics. It has restrooms and clothes changing rooms, office and reception where water and drinks are sold. It's meant for registered members only. On the top floor of their building is Guinness Club House.
