I won't tell you it is a nice place but it is ok, close to my house and much cheaper than other places, the staff there are also lovely and helpful.

Steven is an awesome trainer. Very professional. Registration was simple, easy and affordable and the service is great. A variety of fitness equipment to use and no hassle. Too many guys to ladies though but it's been great so far.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, professional training. For me the place has everything you need. If you are new in Accra - or at the gym - I advise you to book a trainer for the beginning. He will train with you really efficiently and it'll be more fun than doing your stuff alone.

Nice gym with good facility I always visit for a month, when am on holiday in the last 5 years and still impressed. Would be nice to have membership fees online though.
