Nice and clean, quality machines/weights and good staff. One star off for the diminishing quality of the atmosphere as time goes on - management should enforce some general rules and what should be basic gym-etiquette. Very excessive cell phone use lately on the floor and tons of people working out in large groups that take 45+minutes on machines/racks at a time. Too much for a quality gym.

I tried giving this gym a chance and after 2 months of being a “tier 3 member” I’m going to have to say this is one of the worst gyms in this general area.. It doesn’t matter what time of the day you go it is always crowded. There’s always teens hanging out on machines for 15 to 30 minutes or more just hanging out on their phones etc. The employees should be regulating that. I’ve lived in this area for well over 20+ years and I’m going to be honest with you there’s several gyms that give you more bang for your buck.. Oo and for veterans and law enforcement... this gym might as well give you the big middle finger.. no discount. Listen clubfit, UFC gym in mahopac and a few others even the one that got shut down because this joke of a facility opening (snap fitness) gave discounts to the people who serve their communities .. Id rather just pay the termination fee in my contract and sign up with any of the others I mentioned because this place is trash at least snap was 24/7 and I refuse to join a planet fitness.. these guys better do better and figure something out because everyone that I’ve spoken to at this gym like the serious people going there to actually work out are going to end up leaving.

It's ok for the most part, but the major downside is that most of the lockers are almost unlockable. I wished they'd get new locker locks or just let us bring in our own locks. And it just need some minor repairs on a few other equipment around the gym.

Read the fine print of your contract. I signed up before the gym opened and apparently if you sign up for their tier 3 access once, you never can downgrade to a lower tier (less money) nor will they allow you to cancel your membership. You are forever locked into paying their tier 3 price for 12 months, no exceptions.

Very disappointed with the level of customer service we received from their cancelation department. My son left for college and told them at the front desk to cancel his membership before he left in August, no one told him he had to email or put it in writing. So September rolls around and we get charged so I tell him again to call and cancel. Instead of waiting for him to call I called myself and they told me it had to be in writing. So Oct 2 I put an email out to them cc'ing my son saying please cancel our membership. They replied with he has to request it even though he was on the email chain. So it took them 3 days to replay that to me. So now because it's October 3rd they told us we have to pay on October 29th and our membership is good till end of November for a kid who left in August. REALLY! You can't cancel now and not charge me another month??? THIS is poor poor customer service! So for $39 they lost a member who would come back in May and rejoin till August again. Tell me how that makes sense?

The gym itself is not bad, once Retro Fitness closed, I became a member at the Level in Yorktown Heights. My absolute biggest complaint about this gym is the size and how they utilize the space. After retro closed, I’m sure membership subscriptions skyrocketed and the volume of people at level now, they simply can not accommodate. A large portion of the gym is dedicated to a “private fitness” area that requires the top level of membership. During peak hours, that “private” area has 5-10 people in it and the general area you can barely walk through, and that’s the honest truth. I’ve been at the gym around 5/6pm and not ONE piece of equipment is available for 10-15 minutes at a time, it’s a nightmare. 24 hour fitness is set to open in the JV area around April, and if Level does not expand into the AC Moore location next door, they will loose a lot of members, I know I will be one of them. That gym simply cannot accommodate the number of members it has. Way too packed

I was paying for my friends membership so we could workout together. Unfortunately my friend passed away and I had to cancel his membership last Thursday. I wasn't aware that I would be charged for his membership after canceling. I called today about being charged and was then told that it doesn't matter the circumstances and that since his membership wasn't canceled within 30 days that I would be charged this last time. How crazy does that sound? It's truly disappointing how insensitive they are.

I am new to the gym, and I already have complaints. It’s a nice gym with good equipment, so it’s such a shame they can’t keep it clean. The floors and bathroom are super dirty. There is garbage left around for days. The showers have hair- the same hair blobs are there after days of going to the gym. The sauna isn’t great- it doesn’t get as hot as it should. The shower water takes about 5 minutes to get even lukewarm. Last week, the man that cleans the gym was not really cleaning. He was casually strolling the gym with his equipment and checking women out- extremely uncomfortable. I haven’t seen him since so I’m hoping he is no longer there. The floor mats, the 5 that they have, are all torn. This gym is always crowded so I know they make money. There are so many solid people looking for work. Hire decent cleaners. Get new mats. Get a better sauna system. Figure out your hot water situation. I’m the only one showering at 6:15am, why is the water taking so long to heat up? I hope Level Fitness can step it up. This location is extremely convenient for me and my new job location. I give it 2.5 stars because like I said, it’s a nice gym equipment and space wise. If they fix the other problems, it can easily be 4 or 5 star

Great gym, awesome atmosphere. Everyone is there to do their own thing. Lockeroom is spotless, and the Level staff is personable and professional. What a great experience. Awesome spin classes and the equipment is brand new! Can't go wrong. Give it a try.

Worst gym I've ever been to. It's constantly over crowded, they make it seem way bigger then it is on the website and they make the contract seem like it's a monthly membership when they sign you up for a year long membership. Worst experience I've ever had with I gum I would highly advise never to go.

Well, besides the crowds of immature teens, the bench bars spin, and there isn't much of a selection. Just a bunch of average machines spaced out, offering no privacy. If you want privacy you have to pay extra oh, for some stupid room that's available everywhere else. The only saving grace is the sauna, a sauna that could only fit three people. The locker room is so small you're likely to turn around and have a weird experience by brushing up against another man. Also for the price it sucks , they hit you in fees and don't give law enforcement or veteran discounts. I am not renewing my membership.

I don’t see why this gym is “popular” in the eyes of the community. Too small and impossible for you to use the bench , squat rack or even the deadlift platforms .The staff sits around on their phones and does not even get up to check around the gym if people are wearing their mask properly. I’ve seen countless number of people maskless or even wearing it around their chin. I just don’t see where the hype is about level. Where’s the manager in all of this ? To tell his or hers employees to actually be doing something instead of horsing around. During a pandemic you should be on top of everything , god forbid someone was to catch covid because the lack of reinforcement from the staff about the mask and the sanitation. I deem this so called “popular gym” to be unprofessional and overrated.

I really wish the staff would walk the floor every 10-15 min and ask people to wear their masks over their noses. Westchester Cty cases have dropped but the overall risk level is still very high. So many people there pull their masks down. I wish they would enforce the rules better.

I wish I could put negative stars for this review..When I signed up pre-pandemic I was very specific when speaking with membership agent. Speaking to both my boyfriend and I the rep said NY state law prohibits auto renewal and guaranteed when the membership was over in one year I would have to renew in person. Saw on my credit card statement Level was still charging me after the one year. Called and spoke to the " customer service manager" was told sorry they told you that but that is not what the contract says sorry you can give your 30 day notice now. Level has been automatically deducting fees for over a year while I have been using my home gym and a more local gym. The "customer service manager" just kept on speaking over me when I said this is poor business practice. She then said I will cancel your account now..I said that's the least you can do after misleading customers and having a years worth of my money with no service rendered. Looking on the bright side I am now in a much bigger and cleaner new gym where the employees are actually considerate and friendly.

I tried the club for 2 days so far with a 3day free pass and I am impressed with the hydromassage chair. Wow wow wow! The Himalayan salt room is very relaxing and the sauna is very clean with no sweat spots on the wood and it even has a timer. The lockers are awesome because you don't need a lock just create your own 4 digit password and lock it. Pretty cool! All up to date work out equipment. Very nice customer service and staff. There is also a coffee bar. Overall it is very nice gym and you can check online the capacity of people that are in there so you are not going into a crowded gym. It is also very clean which is important.

Dirty. When you are one of the first people in when it opens and the garbage pails are full and there’s paper on the floors of the bathroom & sinks are clearly not cleaned, it’s a concern. No one cleans from the night before or before opening so when you open on a new day it’s a clean? And the hours on weekends many people work, why open later and for those that are off and have family functions & things to do with the kids it would be nice to get in & out early.

It’s a nice new gym with all the equipment and machines you could need but as mentioned in other reviews, it gets way too crowded and the space is not optimally utilized. More room should be created for free weights in my opinion because the current free weight area is always congested.

Putting the shiny new equipment aside, this place is a welcomed relief in this area. Planet fitness snd Refrofitness are submarine style gyms meaning they take a tiny area and cram machines in and hope no one gets hurt. Level has the square footage to let you breathe.

I joined this gym in the beginning of March 2020. I spoke with Anton who signed me up for my membership. He also told me he would give me a month of Edge Strong for free but after the month they would charge me. I insisted I did not want this because I am a flight attendant and am not home enough to make it work for me. He refused to take no for an answer. Shortly after the pandemic happened and They closed for months and apparently Anton does not work here anymore. I see a charge for the edge strong and call and let them know it is supposed to be a month free. I call about 5 times, each time someone says they will have someone call me back and it wasn’t until the 5th time that someone actually did call me back. They said because Anton doesn’t work here anymore there is nothing they can do. Now instead of paying 30 for the membership, I also have paid an extra 60. I emailed edgecares for more help a few days ago and didn’t receive a response back. On the site it states someone will get back to you in 48 hours so once again they lied. I actually enjoy this gym but now view it as being ripped off. Even with a pandemic happening, they refuse to help out in this situation. Update: now there are no classes yet they won’t let me downgrade to a no class membership so I still have to pay for something I am not receiving. I emailed edgecares again so we will see if they do anything or not.

They continued to charge my account after covid 19 even tho its a world wide epidemic, they said they're contracts are still binding once the gyms are open and they continued to charge me for my wife's account and also kicked me out and discontinued my membership because I was wearing Islamic attire for my face mask, very criminally minded people and the contracts are oppressive

I wanted to give this club a chance since they were not too far away from my home, but it was the worst decision I have ever made. This review is only towards the business practices that Edge conducts, not the actual facility or staff members. I have never set foot in the club, so I can not judge either one of those. Amidst the pandemic, this club is still charging its members. There is not way to cancel a membership unless you pay the remaining amount owed off, or if you move more than 15 miles away from a particular location (Even though 30% of the Michigan work force has lost their job!) and you are basically locked in for the entire term. You can not downgrade your membership very easily either. It took me an hour calling multiple times, because so many people are trying to cancel their memberships right now, and are going through this same experience that I am. It is very unprofessional, and just wrong. The clubs leadership team should know that many people cant afford a $50 gym membership at this time. The leadership team should be aware that people have family members affected by the pandemic and need to use their monetary resources to help support those unwell family members. Instead they continue to embrace the same business practices as if nothing has happened over the past 7 months. I was told on 2 separate occasions that the auto-renew feature would be turned off on my account...it wasn't! I was told on 2 separate occasions when my membership would expire...both of those were incorrect. This is the only organization I have come across, that has not pivoted their TOS and business practices to be more accommodating during these difficult times. I will NEVER become a member of this club, and with the influence I have, will never promote this place either.

I tried to downgrade my plan and I was told that I'd have to pay the remaining balance of my current plan which is 27.99 a month for two years. I then asked to cancel my membership and I was told that I couldn't do so unless I moved to a new residence OR for a medical reason. Upon receiving this news, I checked their FAQ page on their site and your new residence must be more than 15 miles away from gym location. When I registered for the gym, I wasn't told this...BUT I'm sure that was intentional. If I was I wouldn't have signed up. I read the fine print but not well enough. Upon reading this review, Edge Fitness Gym, please give me a call.

I signed up for a membership here in February of 2020 and I have to say the equipment is brand new, it is brightly lit and the vibes are very chill and relaxing. I am satisfied with my money being well spent with my charge of $39.99 being a recurring payment. The staff in there are very nice people. I highly recommend becoming a member. It is very close to my house and I go there whenever I want. Ignore the bad reviews guys, people just talk smack because they are grumpy :)

Love this gym. My only complaint comes from when they hold their group classes. Some of the speakers are pointed toward the rest of the gym and the instructors tend to adjust their mics wayyy to high. So you hear them screaming even through your own music. Besides that, great place.

honestly, this place is really depending on what you make of it. All the prior reviews are true but, you do have to realize that the cortlandt manor/Peekskill area is lacking gyms besides planet fitness. I’d rather drive here than to the mall. Yes, it is busy but it depends on the time you come. Obviously from 6-9pm is going to be busy because that’s prime time, same goes from 8-10am. But, if you’re willing to get up a bit earlier or go to bed a bit later this can be avoidable. As for the amount of people who come here, the facility is spotless. Unlike previous gyms I’ve been apart of, there is someone constantly cleaning, sweeping and wiping down the machines. People complained about the locker rooms, but you have to realize this is a commercial gym for the most part... not club fit. I love that there is lockers that have locks built in, private showers and a SAUNA. The sauna is small but every time I’ve gone there’s been 2-3 people in it for 10-15 Max My only real complaint is the layout. I absolutely hate where the dumbbells are located. It is like no matter what you are on top of someone because of the L shape that it is in. Towards the busier times it is almost impossible to get back there because of the shape and dynamic of that area. So is level the best in the area? Up to you to decide but a lot of what this gym has to offer is what you make of it. Many of problems can be avoided by using common sense and maybe altering your gym schedule or routine.

When I tell you, do not sign up at this gym, I mean it. For one, you are paying a premium for the minimum. There are a total of 2 benches and if you even think about hitting chest on a Monday you might aswell turn your car around. Small, crowded, half the cables are broken. I started going to 24 hour fitness a month after and never looked back. Tried cancelling this membership, but it is run through a third party that doesn’t know what’s going on and asks for 150 dollars to cancel which is not stated in any contract signed. Call your bank and tell them to stop all future payments and never look back. Awful gym.

Not enough equipment to support the crowds- at times soo busy have to literally wait 10 minutes for your turn to use a bench, etc- rules are posted but not followed or enforced- just look at the damn powder all over the floor and free weights- what a joke

I love it here. Everyone is nice & stay in they on zone. Plenty of cleaning stations to wipes down the equipment after ever use. The shakes are delicious 😋

Crooks who make it hard to cancel memberships. They made my parent's account go to 'collections' for over $400. Mind you, they couldn't go to the gym because of COVID and the fact that they're immuno-compromised. Dont go here unless you want to have a headache trying to leave their contract.

As other reviews states, prepare for them to try to charge you unnecessarily. I went in to speak to an employee about cancelling the membership and they told me how it worked and what to expect. Well, they told me the complete opposite and the gym continued to charge me for months. The woman who handles this just rudely told me there was nothing they can do except stop charges moving forward. No refund for charges they specifically told me I would not be getting. No acknowledgement for completely misleading me. Until I had to discuss anything billing related I thought this gym was fine. It gets extremely crowded during peak hours. I wouldn't recommend.

Equipment is great, but the patrons are the true downfall. Lots of young kids that have ZERO gym etiquette. More like a fashion show than a place to work out.

Convenient gym but spin classes were difficult to book because they filled so quickly. Tried to cancel our membership in January but it’s not handled in the gym. Went through the cancellation process and have still been charged for the last two months. It’s impossible to get someone to help with the process. Very frustrating!

I absolutely love fitclub studios! Everyone there are absolutely Friendly, helpful, and great to be around. Matt has most definitely made the studios such a welcoming place to visit, along with all the trainers. The classes are always fun, exciting, energetic and you leave feeling you have done a really great work out! This is my second home 😊and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the great work guys! You are the best!!

The attention that Matt and his team give you while training during classes is amazing in fact I would say it’s the most attentive I have ever had in the 35 years of attending gyms. I have always found the staff headed by Matt very professional and friendly. It’s a great gym to have in Whetstone and I am certainly very grateful to them for helping me get back in shape!

Disappointed with the management. Was told abruptly and rudely that my personal trainer and I were no longer welcome to train here. Reasons given were unusual/absurd to say the least. I went back to clarify things with the owner/management, but he was dismissive, stubborn and uncompromising. Its a shame as its a decent studio but has left a bad taste.

This place has a very akward atmosphere...I've visited many studios for classes and PT but I didn't feel welcome here. I think the Owner and the staff need to learn a lesson in managing their own and the customers they have. If you want good, friendly service I wouldn't opt to train here.

Went there today to check the gym out and maybe sign up. No promotions!! The desk girl said the manager isn’t there to make an offer. Huh Mafia?? I asked if i can train today before making a commitment. She said yes for $25 . What? The monthly cost is $39 why would i pay that much for a day pass. She said it’s a cozy place so that’s why their day pass is so high. A cozy gym? I just had to smile and leave. I’ll go check into 24 hr fitness which is twice the size end less cozy.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM. I have tried to cancel my gym membership and they are giving me the run around. Telling me the only way to do It is via emailing Deena and she is on maternity leave. How is that helpful. I have emailed her and no response. So there is no one else besides her who isn’t even working?!! Total b.s!! Excellent facility. Childcare is the one thing missing and that's okay. There are other benefits to being a member such as classes cleanliness and staff. They really need a Bicycle Rack outside!

Do not sign up here. I was diagnosed Covid positive at the end of October. I called and reported that my husband and I would not be able to utilize our memberships for the foreseeable future and due to quarantining we could not come in to cancel our memberships. I was assured that this would be handled and that I would not have to worry. I have been charged EVERY MONTH since then, despite calling many times. I have left messages for the managers to call me back and received no return calls. I have been forced to file claims through my bank in order to rectify the situation. Completely unethical and crooked. Taking advantage of someone who is very sick, with minimal income due to Covid is despicable. UPDATE: I received a phone call at 17:06 on 2/10/20 from the club’s manager Anna. She was very apologetic and stated that she did see in my account that both my husband and I should have had our memberships canceled in October. She was not the manager at that time, but she has assured me that she is personally going to rectify the situation.

Visited this gym with my aunt who also left a review and I can attest that the staff at this location is very unprofessional. The way they've treated their members during this pandemic has been absolutely shocking and disappointing. Terrible customer service with a staff that lacks compassion. There are better gyms available. Patronize ANY of those instead. There has also been new 5 star reviews with no comments... don't believe them. They are from the staff and their friends.

This was a great gym before COVID. Unfortunately, they are not offering options to continue freezing accounts even though we in the middle of a Pandemic! So members are being charged monthly ongoing for a gym membership that we cannot safely use. BEWARE.

Rude customer service from two female staff , one name Anna M. I was asking questions about my billing , and they couldn’t explain to me why my monthly bill kept going up , one girl said it’s because of the pandemic , the other one said it’s not , then while on the phone , one of them hung up on me, so I had to drive to the location and the manager Anna M started being so rude and disrespectful , yelling in my face , pretty much dismissed my concerns, and gave me corporate email and because I threatened to tell corporate how I was being treated , she tore the paper with the email and her name on it and basically told corporate a lie on me before I could text them first.. don’t go to Farmington hills to workout, you will be disappointed.. there are many other great gyms to join

I've been going here for a few months now and it's a great studio with high-energy trainers. There's also a friendly atmosphere that you don't find in many gym. I can recommend Circuit, Cycle stages and Lift fit!

Top quality studio, with great classes and teachers. The staff and attendees create a nice calm and friendly atmosphere. I've been going since April, initially to recover from a car crash, and stuck around since because it has been so good. Fully recommend to anyone interested in getting in shape and staying healthy.

I have been coming to Fitclub Studios for about a year now. I feel like it’s my second home. The trainers are very attentive, they show you how to improve your technique and are always enthusiastic when doing so- The classes are fun! The facilities are always clean. The changing rooms are modern ,you are provided with towels, hair elastics or spray which gives it a welcoming touch- I feel like the staff here are not only professional trainers but friends where I feel comfortable in asking for advise or help in my training/diet. I definitely recommend Fitclub 5-*****

The Studio short opening hours and it’s so difficult to keeps hold with my PT in the night split hours which is so annoyingly/ poorly.... In comparison other venues were open. I’ve tried introduce myself to the owner and staff which they wasn’t talkative, unfriendly at all . Sadly studio is my favourite place to train with PT but I has to stop going there because of who had told my PT to leave without the corroboration! It upset me. I didnt feel studio aren’t infinitely me and my PT too. Unwelcome... unprofessional working environment, egotistical.. I think next time the unprofessionalism manager need to awake better for their future.. I give it 0/5. Very low especially the owner.

I wish I could give this gym zero stars. No matter what time you go it is always insanely crowded. They never mention a cancelation fee and there is no privacy anywhere in this gym. They advertise it well, making you think it is bigger than it actually is. This gym is not worth your money and the environment is consitently full of creepy people who will constantly stare at you and make you uncomfortable.

I love this place and it’s always very upbeat. I wish they would give the best instructor Christine more classes she is actually the only reason I’m still a member. She puts so much thought into all of her classes it’s always something new. Don’t get me wrong I’ve taken other classes and they are fine but, seriously she is a killer spin instructor and doesn’t have class!? Want your members to go up do yourself a favor and give her more classes! And I’m not the only one who feels this way. You want to feel welcomed when you walk into a class and the other instructors make you feel like if your not part of there click then don’t come… I’m also part of ClubFit so staying here says a lot about the cleanliness and the massage chairs are amazing! Great little sauna too! Hope this helps but for the price you get everything you need at this gym.

So I’ve been a member of this gym for over two years now. I would say it’s a solid gym with decent equipment for all levels of training. BUT, the equipment is always broken. Example: Punching bag has been down for over two months. Two cable machines are currently broken and have been for almost a month, no one seems to care to fix it. Really it could be a great gym, but the management staff doesn’t care to fix anything in a timely manner and they don’t tend to answer questions on when things get fixed. So for me it’s 1 star, go join 24/7 in the JV mall.

They just take all of your money they possibly can. They charged me a $40 annual fee after just 3 months passed and when I went to cancel they require “30 day written notice” to cancel so they can squeeze one last payment out of you. Ridiculous.

I just joined this gym. Maybe my standards have just been lowered from subjecting myself to Planet Fitness for the last two years (no shade to PF in general, but the Peekskill one is abysmal), but I love this place. I've had no trouble getting equipment, it's pretty clean, everything looks like it's in good shape. The dumbbells are all racked out of order, but they go up to 100 so I really don't care at all. The PF in Peekskill only goes up to SIXTY. So yeah, maybe my review is tainted by the contrast, but I don't care, I love it here.

I love this gym, it is always very clean. I enjoy the classes and instructors, especially Kevin, he rocks! His classes are always fun and challenging. He is very knowledgable and ensures everyone is doing the exercises correctly! The ability to use the in-body machine is also a plus.

I njoy going to Level Fitness it's help my day after working out.

To start ,i gave it 3 stars because it has the potential to be a very good gym. I came over from retro fitness with a ton of other members from there. Since then management has done nothing to improve conditions to accommodate the signifigant uptick in membership. Management has moved equipment from the main floor, in particular a Smith rack and put it into one of the classroom studios which now basically no one gets to use , because there’s always classes in there and it’s basically collecting dust. I brought this to an employee’s attention and he basically gave me an attitude and said all other gyms only have 1 smith rack ( good answer lol)also a squat machine broke and was removed & replaced with nothing. They ordered to 2 giant dead lift platforms that is unnecessary and unfrequently used. Basically there is not enough equipment to accomadate the amount of members the gym has. There isnt a hack squat machine or a free weight seated shoulder press bench ( both very common in all real gyms ) . I hope ownership knows whats going on here before its too late. The area is full of people who are smart consumers and know better, its only a matter of time before this gym winds up like retro.... closed, due to poor management.

I took a complementary personal training session with Mary and this woman is AWESOME! She listened to all my limitations and helped me put together a really awesome workout. I'm not usually one to spend a lot of money on personal training. BUT, this was exactly what I needed! Looking forward to working with her again!

I’ve been a member for over one year, and I just got around to completing my fitness assessment. My new trainer, Matt, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up going slightly over our scheduled time because he took the time to explain what everything meant and how I should move forward. Afterward, I spent time with Anna setting up my personal training. She and I had spoken on the phone when I made my initial appointment, and she was super friendly during both encounters. She was also very knowledgeable. They both listened to my fitness concerns and recommended several things to help me get there. I’ve had personal training at other gyms and it was never this thorough or personable. I can’t speak for anyone else’s experiences, but so far mine have only been positive. Even with staff greeting me when I come through the door. There’s never been a time where I was not given a warm and friendly greeting. During Quarantine in March 2020, they stopped charging my account until they reopened many months later. Who wouldn’t love that?

I have never utilized the gym after joining and they still take money from my account. When I signed up I believe I had just gotten over Covid my reason for wanting to tone up. Covid was announced and the gym closed when it reopen I did not feel comfortable attending and still don't! All I've heard from them is what's in there contract for canceling. I'm not comfortable with going to the doctor unless it's absolutely necessary so no doctors note for me. It's a shame there so money hungry and not concerned with how their customers feel. There contract was drawn up when we live in a different world. We were mask free! They took there annual cleaning fee and continues to charge my account. I signed up and returned for my assessment and was told it was $500-800 a month additional for a trainer. I didn't go back and then it was Covid. I'm so glad I didn't let Will convince me into signing for 2 years. I'm sharing my feelings with everyone in my community about how you like taking people's money especially seniors. No one has money to just throw away and unless I close my bank account that's what I'm doing here!

I absolutely love love love this gym! I just joined and this gym has everything! It has a movie theater, a sauna, a women’s only fitness area, clean locker rooms and bathrooms as well as showers, many updated and new workout equipment, spin classes, and sooo much more! They even have a shake area where all of there shakes are $6 and they are delicious. I’m definitely not over exaggerating about this place! It’s one of the best gyms I have ever been to and I can’t wait to get started with my new fitness journey!

Forced into a contract extension due to covid. No where in the contract does it state they can add months due to being closed. Amenities aren't open yet still being charged full price. Can't turn off auto renew on your membership in person after the one year expires. They force you to write a certified letter.

Terrible customer service. When the fitness club was shut down due to the pandemic, the monthly membership fee was not charged, although I never requested this. Now, I have a charge for more than double of my contract monthly payment and when I called to cancel simply because I do not feel comfortable working out due to individuals in my household being high-risk, I am asked to provide proof of this from a medical professional. This would be a violation of HIPAA laws and quite frankly I view this as an egregious request as we are still in a pandemic. This is a terrible company that I will never support again. I'll go to LA fitness who willingly canceled my membership and understood that my exposure in a gym could put the people that I love at risk.

I called to cancel and they would not let me saying that my membership was extended for 6 months because of Covid but it could be placed on hold and I wouldn't be charged. I placed it on hold and was still charged that month. I called, they refunded the money. I froze the account for another month, they still charged, I called, they refunded. November I called to freeze again since they still didn't have group fitness or childcare available because of Covid. They froze my account, still charged me and also charged me the yearly $49.99 fee even though I had only used the facility for 5 months because of Covid. There is no reason I should have had to pay for 2 years of fees when I hadn't even been in the gym for 6 months. The employee that I talked to about refunding me kept saying it was a nonrefundable charge. Not true. After her being very rude on the phone and many emails and phone calls to their corporate I finally was able to cancel my membership and get all money refunded since September when I should have been able to cancel my membership. Will not be going back here. They are not nice to people trying to cancel memberships. Especially during a pandemic!

They don't even take your call if you say you want to cancle. They've taken over $100 from me without consent and I'm no closer to canceling. Good gym with some nice equipment. However coming from LA fitness there are some drawbacks. I signed up as $30 founders membership with the idea of sacrificing a basketball ball court and pool for fitness focus with classes. Most of not all classes became fee based couple months in. Only one drinking fountain, no hand sanitizer, slow wifi. Yearly fee like planet fitness amd contract for 2 year. Still recommend this for great staff and fitness focus approach.

I joined Fitclub early this year to achieve my fitness goals. I am so lucky to have found this studio in Whetstone.I have been to so many gyms and classes and I can't compare any of them to this Studio. Just love it here! Everyone who works here is amazing. So friendly, welcoming and positive. The PTs go out of their way to correct your posture if needed to ensure you are doing it correctly. I have tried numerous classes at FitClub and can genuinely say I have enjoyed them all and will continue going! The studio itself is beautiful, clean and all safety measures are in place. When I do a class at FitClub it makes my day, thank you!

Been coming here quite a lot in the past 6 months and I love it here. It’s local to me, there’s always parking either by the studio or in boots opposite. Classes are great, push me a lot and not expensive. Can’t complain at all

Started early May and absolutely love this gym. All staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The whole atmosphere is welcoming and great to train in. All the equipment you need and a great variety of classes. Changing rooms and general space is spotlessly clean too. I'm hooked!

What can I say!! Ive been coming since around September last year I think, I go around 5 times a week, best studio I've been to, SO accommodating!! Good variety of classes, all the trainers are friendly and know their stuff!! Always so clean, fresh towels as you go in, and the equipment is brilliant!! Just what the area needed!!

Went in there today to find out that there wasn’t anyone wearing a mask. They told me it’s on the honor system. According to the state mandate unless you are requiring proof of vaccination which your not then everyone should be wearing a mask. Not for nothing for someone that works in healthcare this is an insult. It’s nice to know that your business is not doing their part to help out.

Very few machines, half of them are always broken. Takes management 2+ months to fix them. BEWARE OF CANCELLATION POLICY. Unbeknownst to me, I tried cancelling (I had the top tier membership) and they told me I need to give 30 day notice as if this were some type of lease agreement. They bill you for an extra month after you tell them you want to cancel. Front desk staff is extremely rude….always on their cell phones, they don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. DONT SIGN UP FOR THE TOP TIER MEMBERSHIP! They don’t even let you in the extra rooms since there is always classes going on. This gym is a scam. Go to planet fitness and save your $$

The gym there is okay, the people who work out there are nice. The Equipment is constantly broken and it takes forever to get fixed. The management there is terrible though. There is instructor on Saturdays who is really rude. Saturdays get really busy there and so it’s nice to pay for the premium membership to be able to work out in the studio. Well not so much because From 7-10am you will not be able to use the studio to get away from the busy crowd. You are paying for the premium membership for no reason. There is a class scheduled from 9-10am at the studio which his awesome however the really rude instructor arrives at 7am to “set up” and renders the entire space useless from 7-9. She is so rude and gave me a big attitude when I nicely asked her why She lays the equipment out all over the place as early as 7am when her class doesn’t stairs till 9. She got so upset. I told her that It’s honestly a huge liability. I have almost tripped and fallen several times over the equipment she lays out. I tried to speak to her nicely and she rudely told me that it’s because she doesn’t have time to set up before her 9am class because she teaches an 8am class downstairs and that I didn’t understand how difficult it was to do what she did. When I gave her a solution and asked her why she doesn’t have the rest of the crew and management help her set up before the class starts she smiled and told me “I didn’t understand”. I said okay and asked her if maybe she can have her class help her set up 5 minutes before. With over 40 people in her class it would take less than a minute or two to get it done. she basically told me I was being to much and to go complain to management and leave her alone. Before I even got a chance to finish my work out and go speak to them management came up to me. she must of went and spoke to the manager and told them a completely different story because they came to me and told me that I was wrong for speaking up and that unfortunately there’s nothing they will do. I told the manager several times this is a huge liability leaving the un used equipment all over the floor that someone can get injured and sue them. He said that’s fine just laughed it off and told me that if anyone got hurt they could just sue them. It’s absolutely ridiculous that they would take this approach. we pay extra to be able To use that room, if your class starts at 9 we should be able to use it with out having to worry about it. If anyone ever gets hurt there because of that reach out to me I have videos of their negligence. No un used gym equipment should be laid out on the ground for hours when it’s not being used.
