It was perfect with respect to the exact location

There's more room for improvement on their services. They used to be fast and efficient, but during this covid era, a transaction that should take you less than 2 minutes, you spend over 5 hours just waiting in a queue. It's very frustrating.

All though there is a COVID-19 protocol measures put in place there is always a very long queue to join before u are even allowed to enter. Customer service is also allow.

The place was quite cull n they serve me quite well

The internet bundle is very costive

You'll have to ask around to be shown the exact building because the MTN logo isn't shown on it. It's just next to the Top Church.

Their service is pretty good with good security. It's a sound compound.

Good customer service from the main section but the same can not be said about the team at the turbonet section. They have very poor service delivery and it is very bad on their part. They need to be trained.
