Had a wonderful experience today at the Dvla head office. Got my license renewed quicker than ever imagined and I was even offered refreshments while I waited. Great service. Keep it up!

They deserve 4.5 out of 5 points. I spent about 30 minutes to get everything sorted out. The customer waiting area is top notch. You could request for some beverage whilst waiting. The whole process deserve a 90%. Keep the good work up. I will hope customers are ask what they will like whilst waiting rather than wait for the customers to ask before they are served.

This place used place to be great in terms of customer service but that seems to be changing. I came here to request for a new card.Base on my observation, they have started profiling people base on how they dress. It took them 2:30hrs to locate my card info on their system and additional 2:20hrs update my phone number and print out a new card even though I provided my Ghana card which proves my identity. I came about 11:30am and left there 4:20pm. Absolutely unacceptable!

Other methods of payments should be adopted. The Prestige Center allows payment via Ecobank (only bank). This means visitors should always have cash. With everything going on; COVID-19 pandemic, we should adopt all cashless forms of payment...

The Driver and Vehicle Licenseing Authority Head Office is located in Accra, Jawaharlal Nehru Road - Cantonments. (About 5 monutes drive from the Christ The King School). The HQ does not offer roadworthy certificate services among other physical car maintain servicing but driving licensing fees and general driver/road enquires as well as questions for media can be answered here. The facility has a spacious parking as well.

USA DVLA should learn a few lessons from Ghana DVLA.. this was excellent in comparison .. People were nice and friendly.

The services at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority Headquarters is superb. Renewing your drivers license has become hassle free. Very fast and efficient staff. No long queues and the usual middle men who often complicate the process. The Prestige Services is fantastic. Right after making payments for the replacement of my licence, I got an SMS indicating my renewal is being worked on. The waiting lounge is clean and modern. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Not a busy place. Went in for a renewal, was in and out of the place in under 20 minutes. No hassle. Waiting area is nice and comfortable. License was ready for pick up in 2 weeks as indicated. Excellent quality service delivered.

I was very impressed with this location which I've never visited. The grounds are well kept and organized and the staff friendly. The service was excellent to start and then it took a turn for the worse mainly because the wait time between getting my photo and biometric details taken and receiving the physical card was abysmal! I waited over an hour and a half, with little communication or an explanation from staff for the delay. I think my experience is unique but I still left frustrated at how long the whole process took.

Waste of time and attitude of workers are of sluggish.no commitment . Very slow to customers and their license acquisition. Need to speed up ethics of productive work force and atmosphere

Prestige service was an efficient and quick way to renew my drivers license. Edit: had to replace my licence as I lost my original. Service was once again efficient and quick and most of the staff were friendly. A shame that the security guard at the gate decided that I coukd be shouted at and be told that I should go home back to my own country just because I dared to be a white lady.

Very neat and tidy place. I will highly recommend everyone processes Drivers license documents here. The system is the comfortable and the easiest I have seen in the country.

It's a prestige centre of DVLA with excellent service. It is located veey close to the West African Examination Council in Cantonment. It us deemed in my estimation, one of the very few public services I've experienced such a great service. My Driver's Licence was due to expire in few days, and as per my work schedule, I decided to go there for a quick service. The officer after taking my details told me I would be done in five(5) minutes. I thought it was an exaggeration. After four (4) minutes, fifty seconds, she had finished and I was called to make payment. My eyes were tested and within four (4) minutes I was walking away. I recommend the place without reserve to anyone who desires an exceptional service. 👌

The service was good and apt. I went there for an Expired License replacement and I spent about 40 mins. The whole process was fast and efficient.

Swift service e with mo delay but for the fact that they don't accept mobile money for payments. Not all persons will like to use their visa or master cards for some basic amounts and the most common mode of payments in this covid era is mobile money. Management is encouraged to put in the measures in securing an official wallet for payments.
