Dooley's
H+F
is
the
perfect
little
gym
for
someone
like
me.
3
min
or
so
walk
from
Lidcombe
train
station
if
Im
too
lazy
to
drive,
ample
parking
spaces
if
I'm
too
lazy
to
walk,
super
close
to
stores
and
restaurants
if
I'm
looking
to
get
a
feed
after
a
work
out
-
it
has
everything.
The
free-weights
area
is
well
equipped
for
the
amount
of
space
it's
alloted,
it's
cardio
zone
has
everything
a
treadmiller
or
an
indoor
cyclist
could
want
(and
a
whole
bunch
of
other
equipment
if
you
need
some
more
variation
in
your
routine
-
Im
looking
at
you
Jacob's
ladder),
and
it
has
a
massive
room
for
classes
upstairs,
which
are
scheduled
often
and
are
always
free
to
join.
A
small
area
at
front
can
be
used
for
HIIT
sessions,
along
with
some
sick
equipment
that
include
heavy
wheels
for
farming
enthusiasts,
weighted
bags
for
anyone
wanting
to
test
their
suplexes,
battle
ropes
for
anyone
who
hates
their
hamstrings
and
a
landmine
barbell
setup
thats
great
for
rows
and
explosive
shoulder
pressing.
A
dedicated
physiotherapist
makes
their
home
upstairs,
and
the
gym
provides
information
sessions
scheduled
throughout
the
year
for
anyone
looking
to
up
their
nutrition
game
and
so
on,
but
best
bit
about
this
place
though
are
it's
trainers
and
staff
who
are
always
on
hand
to
help
you
out
with
anything.
I
realize
most
gyms
have
this,
but
these
guys
are
always
just
so
super
nice
and
very
approachable
whenever
I
need
some
tips,
advice
or
information.
Clean
shower
facilities,
regular
walk-throughs
at
night
by
security,
and
pinpad
lockers
top
it
off
as
being
one
of
the
nicest,
most
well-equipped
gyms
in
Sydney.
