Melcom is where most Ghanaians shop and Ahodwo Melcom is an awesome place where consumers can purchase their groceries, electronics and furniture, electrical appliances, clothing, toiletries, detergents, sanitary and feminine hygiene products, baby foods and beverages, home theaters and sound systems, cutlery and utensils as well as lots of various household products and assorted food items.

Washroom had no working washing sink to use after going to the toilet in the men's room and my wife complained the ladies' toilet was not working either. This is an unacceptable situation for a large department store like Melcom. Also why is it always difficult to secure parking at Melcom stores? On second thoughts i should have rated it One star, instead of Three. On the plus side, am always pleasantly surprised by the extent of merchandise available at Melcom; you can literraly find anything you are looking for!

It's a nice place. A one stop shop for all your shopping varieties. Spacious and well ventilated. Got a mini car park too.

Great place to shop for your various products. Convenience location and affordable prices. Being in the business for long and keeps expanding across the country. It is bound to become the biggest shopping centre in Ghana.

Fully stock with new and old things. Will managed display of unit products. Labeling of products and direction on point making it add to miss a product you are looking for. Open parking space but no trees for shade. Just need small painting to add some sparkling to the whole space. Last but not least they have enough people around to assist you when u need help

Very well stocked shopping mall. I loved the staff, always wearing a smile and ready to offer a hand of help. Parking places were a challenge and I hope management will work on this. All in all a fantastic shopping centre in Kumasi, the city of my birth.
