One of the worst travelling experiences ever. Spent over two and a half hours at the terminal after buying a ticket to Techiman. In the end the bus was loaded with all kinds of goods. After setting off, had to endure sweltering heat in the bus which had sealed windows and malfunctioning air conditioning. I won't recommend this to anyone. Bad experience.

Their fare is moderate as someone shared but a way of organizing and stuff is very poor..They would get you a ticket and later collect and give you new one..it create misunderstanding and it is very bad.

Poor service, especially on the part of the drivers. I sat at the station from 5am to 8:30 before I got a vehicle and they charge everything just because they see passengers as no body,as for me am not well pleased with sefwi-Wiaso workers attitude.

Very affordable place for commuting from Bolga to Kumasi. It uses approximately 20 hours to reach the said destination. The morning bus leaves at 8:00 am prompt. Air-conditioned buses with TV for comfort and entertainment respectively during the journey.

One thing i know is eventhough MMT is slow but safe. Want to arrive alive? Need an economy class bus? Try MMT. Downside is, seat isn't so great to sleep in or adjust. Loads are also packed inside the bus which can be very uncomfortable.

their services were not good, most of their busses were damaged, I heard some busses need's only one thousand ghana cedis for repairs and have been parked for several years and some mouths, I even can't imagine how to talk about this . we need serious people with good maintenance ideas to help our mother land.(GHANA) the busses there needs to work for our country.

It's very poor, it's like everyone is doing his own thing over there, no leader and no rules governs this business arena. All they know is go pay money here and there. I had the worse experience yesterday

Locals and tourists alike; where do you wonna go in Ghana. The Metro Mass Transport has got plenty buses to move you wherever you wonna go. From Kumasi to Techiman, to Koforidua, to Obuasi, Takoradi, Wenchi, Ho, Hohoe, Sunyani, Accra. Affordable fares and plus a whole new comfortable set of buses

  • 3/5 Emmanuel Owusu A. 4 years ago on Google
The station is quite simplistic. You can get a means of transport from here to almost every major city here. Some of the vehicles come with air conditioning systems, others don't. The entrance of the terminal is wheelchair accessible but the actual waiting area isn't. Tickets are mostly sold on demand. Word of advice, if you're in a hurry and in need of actual comfort, go to Adehyeman

This is one of the popular state Transport station in Kumasi which busses a lot of people from Kumasi to all part of Ghana. Their fees too are really cheap, they have well train drivers

It was okay, my only problem is how you have to wait for hours before getting a bus. This makes passengers weary and even frustrated before the journey begins. But in all the place is okay.

From my experience, I can say good customer service is the priority of this branch of Metro Mass transit. It is pretty easier getting bus to your destination at this station as compared to other satellite stations of the same company. Their drivers are well trained.

Most workers there are mean. Services are next to poor. There are literally not enough seats in the waiting area with poor ventilation. Waiting times are a headache. Don't bother going there on Sundays, you'll regret it. Most of their vehicles are very uncomfortable to travel with, the seats are bad with no leg room, they even pack luggage in the sitting area and under seats.

My most staple aim today is to journey from here, Abrepo Metro Mass Transit Station, to Sunyani, the capital of Bono region. I don't make a habit of, you know, speaking ill of the services of something that exist in my own country, but I'm going to have do this-- I was disappointed. In an attempt to elude lateness to favour punctuality, I woke up at 3 in the morning. To my surprise, a bus arrived quite earlier than expected, about thirty minutes later after my arrival. Here's what you should know. There are two kinds of tickets here to secure a satisfactory commute. What are they? The luggage ticket and the travel ticket-- Both are required if you have a luggage on you. So, I arrived at the station at 4:30, approximately, at 5:00 a bus arrived. Good for me, right?? Little did I know of the disappointments to come. Passenger are alerted to purchase the travel tickets for the incoming bus, but not the other one. I had no idea some passengers had already bought their luggage ticket. The managerial squad could have, you know, tipped us to buying in advance to forestall the unexpected disappointment other eager passenger, I included, endured. What was the disappointment? I secured the travel ticket, yes, but, couldn't do same for the luggage tickets. I had two large accoutrements on me, but could not get them in the bus due to space limitations. Effects of this? Unanticipated lateness--- That which I so very much wanted to avoid. Wouldn't you believe if I told you a person who came very late like 8:00 left together with me on the second bus I waited for? You couldn't doubt me. And should that be the case? No, I'll answer that myself☹. I took off on the second bus at 9:19, by the way. In Ghana there's a say that goes: 'Human brother be brother', and for that reason I advice you to secure the two kind of tickets, ok, and insist that your luggage(s) get in the bus during the take-in-- There'll be a person to ensure that. I should give the rating a 1, I think, for the disappointment they failed to warm me of. I remember an agitated passenger quote this: NEOPLAN, that just NO PLAN. It's rather true.

Abrepo Junction is the location of this bus station inside the Kumasi metropolis in the Ashanti region of Ghana. They have air condition bus to all major cities and towns in the country. Whenever you're at Kumasi and needs a bus to any city or town just go to the Abrepo Junction Metro Mass Station. They have well experience drivers, render hiring services and their fares are very affordable

  • 2/5 Thomas A. 2 years ago on Google
The bus met for carrying passengers are rather use for goods. Sometimes they overload to the extent that you can't see the driver. This happened to me on my way to Obuasi.

  • 3/5 Jefferson Abeiku I. 2 years ago on Google
The cost of tickets are significantly cheaper than other private transportation services. Services were actually quite efficient, considering the fact that it is a government-owned establishment. Work ethics of employees inconclusive: some take the work very serious and others do not. So, you may get varying experiences depending on who you sells the tickets to you amongst other services. Also, the station is in a bad state, roofing, seats in the waiting area, etc., are all breaking down. This follows the line of poor maintenance culture we Ghanaians see in most government-owned institutions.

  • 3/5 Vincent M. 2 years ago on Google

  • 2/5 Jeremiah Gyasi B. 1 year ago on Google
U need to arrive at this station as early as possible to get a vehicle to the cities in the northern region. There are no enough vehicles making their service not to be up to standard. When your parcel arrive at their end, they will not even call you to come for it, thought they charge high fees for sending parcel. Customer service at the parcel office is also poor.

Most of the buses here are not the best. Very bad choice if u wanna travel a long journey wit buses but if u wanna save money this ur place.
