Poor customer service. Workers over this melcom are unprofessional and got attitude. Workers ignored me as a customer, they were hiding in their sleeping spots and unconcerned. Cashier was so disrespectful. This happened on 5th September 2022. Note to associates. “Customers are always first. Love your job “

Always love to shop from there. And I get goods i normally don't get from other Melcom shops in accra. They have assorted furniture on the second floor

Is the biggest supermarket at Nkawkaw and its environs, so it makes the place overcrowded when Melcom is running promos and when there are festive. Having only one counter creates a long queue before you get served. Aside the challenges faced, Melcom Nkawkaw is well stocked with all the stuff needed.

A very nice and Spacious shop where all items one desires from cooking Utensils, bowls, spoons, plates, sieves, ladles, Gas Stoves, Fridges, Television, Radios, Carpets, Wall Arts, ice cream, clothes, cloths, cabinets, bed, dining tables, chairs, sofas, Mattress and a whole lot are sold. The Attendants are resprctful and not lazy. It's less than a minute walk away from the Nkawkaw - Accra road. It's on the left when facing Accra direction. Prices are affordable

I like this place

I usually don’t like to shop at Melcom (at least this location). The customer service is almost non existent and the selection is lacking. But my most recent visit was made better by a gentleman named Asare. He helped me find what I needed, assisted me with getting a rewards card, even provided product knowledge for some of the items I purchased and had questions about. He is an excellent employee so please make sure you see him when you shop this location! This review is only 2 stars for the store in general but I give Asare 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
