The person handling the phone calls is very rude, he doesn’t know how to speak to someone he barley knows, and I believe Ghana is very big and has a lot of hospital, if someone choose to come to your hospital and call for enquiry, you should know how to talk to the person, rather than shouting on top of your voice and not giving me enough chance to explain myself. Nevertheless I will check out some other hospital..
