Very delicious waakye. A good idea for those who like late night food. It is quite expensive though, but worth every penny.

It's located at the heart of Adabraka in The capital, Accra. I got there at exactly 6:28pm , and they were yet to begin selling. It wasn't until 5 minutes to 7pm that the action begun. I was second in a queue with the first person buying more than 15 packs of waakye wrapped in leaves. This person travelled all the way from Tema to buy it... you can imagine how good it tasted! This is the kind of waakye i love... with the leaves infused into the food... it's pure heaven on earth.

Rarely like to say "the best waakye" but this is close enough. There's a long queue and a lot of people buying for others. Also a little pricey for waakye but all this is worth it. They weren't open on Sunday and Monday 6 March due to the holiday I guess.

Tried Sisters Waakye Joint for the first after getting so much hype about it Honestly, it was juuuuuuuuuust OK, nothing special about it. I've had much better Waakye than this which isn't very popular 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ Nothing special about it FOR ME!!!

The waakye is on point! 5 stars for how good it is. HOWEVER, it is not your regular cheap waakye oo😅😅.

They have two joints right across the street from each other. Friendly people. One of the best waakye but also pretty pricey... I guess cause they have gotten famous. They sometimes have someone come and bring tuo zafi but it's not always there.

I bought wakye ,gari and spaghetti and fish. And when she finished she Said 45gh .I ordered another one with just wakye and fish and she said 35. I’ve tried severally to make it make sense but it’s not making any sense even when I give the items maximum pricing.

Real good Waakye at night. The lady can been very stern on a bad day though.

Better call and place your order in advance; about a hour before. Be prepared to wait for at least 15 minutes even after placing the order. The food is good but pricy. Ask how much each item you're asking for costs before you buy. Enjoy good waakye with hot shittor made in Ghana! 🔥

Sister's waakye is some of the tastiest waakye I know. It's found in Adabraka and they come every evening except Sundays. If you don't mind annoyingly long queues sometimes then this is the place to be most evenings and the good thing is that they stay till late. The waakye leans a bit towards the expensive side but it's proper tasty and spicy. The meat is always tender and so is the oxtail. It will be great if the woman who serves the food smiles from time to time at her customers which is a major downside for me but regardless that waakye is super delicious and worth the hype.

I've actually enjoyed this waakye since I was a child. The consistency for over 30 years has been great. However I feel like the stuff have become way too expensive when compared to other waakye joints of similar calibre, I also feel something should be done about those long queues merrnn staying in a queue for over an hour to buy waakye is a lot. Nevertheless I still love this waakye and it's one of my favs
