Decide to check this new restaurant out and it was an nice dining experience, please note they are known for their small plates that have a global influence, the dishes were good, my favorite were the short rib dumplings. What I enjoyed the most were the creative cocktails. The Koi in the Pond was my favorite. Atmosphere: Saturday night had a dj, the music was a bit loud and hard to have a conversation without shouting. I suggest the music volume be turned down just a smidge, but that was my only complaint. I adjusted to the volume and enjoyed my evening. Service: Waitress was attentive, knowledgeable and our server knew her wines, cocktails and what they paired well with. I will return!

Decor was wonderful as you enter their intimacy. Para has it's unique vibe and the staff were very well experienced. Their execution as an international themed tapas & cocktail experience was absolutely on point. You'd be on a journey, as they can pace your orders while you indulge the unique tastes. Don't be afraid to ask something you'd like from the bar. In addition to the already tasteful concoctions, their mixologists have always great something up their sleeve. P. S. I highly recommend you seek advanced booking for seating, when possible. They fill up spots very quickly.

It was alright, can't say I was blown away by flavor, or concept of the dishes but the customer service was great. The venue is very nice, with both indoor and outdoor seating available Although we were seated immediately, I'd highly recommend making a reservation! It's important to note that food is served tapas style (small plates) so pregame w/a snack and big glass of water.

This place was a great date night spot but can get a little bit loud. We sat at the bar for drinks and appetizers and ended up getting the lamb chops and the pot stickers. It was some of the best lamb I've had to date, great flavor perfect temperature and tender. Por stickers we're really good too the meat was very tender and flavorful as well. The drinks were amazing. You wouldn't think truffle oil would be good in a drink it was in the Sabra cadabra. The jaxd up was very refreshing. Service was great our bartender really did help us pick our drinks and was attentive even though they were busy. I would recommend making a reservation because we got lucky there were seats left even at the bar.

Most amazing food and beautiful decor! Totally worth coming back. Everything was perfect, cocktails, ambiance, food and service. The lamb chops are out of this world and the truffle steak was amazing. Pro tip: ask for extra truffle on your steak, you wont regret it.

Absolutely the best from food to service. We made reservations and we’re seated immediately. The cocktails were delicious and well balanced. The food was delicious and presented nicely. My favorite was their crab rangoon. It’s done in a bun instead and it was amazing. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. You can’t go wrong here!

All I can say is wow! I am so glad we decided to have brunch here on our drive through Charlotte. It definitely has club vibes during the day on the weekend but we got in early before the untz started. The decor in this place is top notch. Wonderful atmosphere and really cool design palette. Their cuisine is a mix of everything and seems to have no specific parameters. For example, I got the Pork Belly Grits and my girls friend got Crab Bao Buns. Both were really good but could not have been more different. They also both came with home fries, which were good but, again eclectic. My girlfriend also got a Summertime Sadness cocktail that was very spicy. The drink menu seemed inventive and interesting for a brunch spot. This one, however, was very spicy. Come here for dinner or brunch! It is definitely upscale. Would probably make a great date spot.

We had a wonderful night out at Para. We arrived about 25 minutes before our reservation and wanted to get a cocktail at the bar to have the full Para experience. The hostess told us that our table was actually ready, so we could get the cocktail at our table if we would like. We were happy to do so that way the bar seats were left open for other patrons. We were promptly greeted by Sophia our server. She was wonderful throughout the night she gave us what we needed and was there to check in often but wasn't overbearing -perfection. The cocktails were perfectly balanced and we sipped on the until our first round of bites arrived. We had the tempura and sashimi. Both dishes were great. The broccoli slaw was the highlight of the tempura dish as it broke up the fattiness of the deep fried item. Everything worked in complete harmony on the sashimi dish, clean, bright, and a little spicy from the jalapeno and jalapeno shaved ice!!! We then split the waygu Steak feature of the night with the truffle option and the cabbage au gratin with shaved truffles. The waygu was cooked and seasoned to perfection and complemented the bottle of Bordeaux we choose as well. The cabbage gratin may sound boring...but it's not! Order it, you won't be sorry, cheesy, savory, umptious goodness. The meal was perfectly paced the service was great and the restaurant itself is stunning. We will definitely be back soon.

Definitely a vibe. The late night menu was small but amazing. The wings were extremely salty though which is why it has 4 stars. It has to drink a ton of water to be able to finish them. Picture worthy food and picture worthy decor.

The ambiance is nice, the service is good, & the food is average. I wanted my taste buds to dance with happiness but the did not. We ordered the Berry nice (beverage) - it was tasty & light, the Lobster Shooter - lobster piece over cooked & the soup needed a little something, the deviled eggs were good but nothing special πŸ‘ŒπŸ½ , the Tuna Tartare πŸ‘ŽπŸ½, the Crab Rangoon was ok the bun is tasty & sweet, the Short Rib dumplings & the Cabbage Gratin were good & the best things we ordered πŸ‘πŸΎ.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Amazing ambiance and the background music playing was 10/10. The food is exceptionally high quality and worth the price. Thank you for the delicious vegetarian options. We ordered every vegetarian item on the menu. Hard to pick just one favorite but mine would be the shishito peppers and my husband loved the Korean carbonara. We cannot wait until the next time we visit Charlotte as coming back to PARA will be the top of our list.

Great service, atmosphere, and food. Went on a Sunday and sat on the patio. Tried the lamb chops, short rib dumplings, and the duck sliders. All were a decent size for small plates. Short rib dumplings were my favorite of the three. The featured mule was also good.

We went last night and had a great evening. Our server was attentive and gave great explanations and recommendations. The cocktails were fun and tasty, came much quicker than similar cocktails typically do. We ordered just about one of everything on the menu but the crab rangoon was my favorite with the short rib dumplings and gnudi not far behind. Everything was reasonably priced and the place had great atmosphere.

I had the pleasure of bringing in my 36th Birthday here. I loved it. Service was a bit slow but she was still nice and knowledgeable. Food and drinks were good. Loved the atmosphere and vibe. Beautiful decor in the bathroom and hallway. I heard they have a good day parties here as well, I'll have to check it out again.

Bruschetta was the best I ever had and this isn't even an Italian restaurant!!! Drinks were delicious and the whole experience was amazing with delightful staff that were so accommodating. I am from Toronto where restaurants like this would be a lot more expensive! To me, this restaurant is Michelin level! Amazing ambiance and great location in the south end, will definitely return. Worth the trek from Canada!

The best vibe! Absolutely loved the ambience and music. Definitely try the crab rangoon buns, milk bread pb&j, short rib dumplings, and my absolute favorite lamb chops. Ask for the secret menu item- truffle steak! The cocktail menu is so creative but the wine menu is one of the BEST I’ve ever seen- Duckhorn, Caymus, Silver Oak, Opus one, and more!
