Finished my 1 year here, only recommended if you want modern interior and clean neighborhood. I moved because of space. I found a place exact same rent for 2bedroom instead of 1bedroom price at the palmer. Plus you get charged for paint replacement (like normal wear/tare) here and light bulbs aren’t free replacements here for some reason. My refrigerator defrosted all my food and I had to ask for reimbursement. Very appealing to the eyes and positive vibes just really tight on your money here.

I moved to The Palmer the end of September '22 and it has been the best decision! Dana C. showed me different options, pricing, and took the time to walk me thru application process. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, people here are so friendly and respectful (neighbors) and they often walk their dogs and we chat when I'm out in the balcony! I have an amazing view from the 2nd floor and enjoy the sunsets, and the light coming into the apt in the evenings, making my plants thrive! The pool is awesome along with the gym and many other amenities.

The Palmer is a great community! Me and my family have been here almost 2 years. Maintenance is always prompt and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I have lived at The Palmer for almost 2 years and have loved every minute of it. The staff at The Palmer is always extremely helpful and willing to assist with anything I need. Dana in the office is SO nice and accommodating and always goes above and beyond. This is such a quiet and well kept neighborhood. There is updated amenities and interior design and I have had little to no issues in my apartment. I've truly loved my experience here.

Dana was our leasing agent and she was absolutely fantastic. She made sure that myself and my boyfriend had the best move in and leasing experience. She was super helpful, patient, and accommodating during the whole process. We were very indecisive on which apartment we wanted. She worked with us and made everything as smooth as possible. Thank you so much Dana! We just moved in a day ago and I am extremely impressed with the apartment. I never saw it in person before hand, my boyfriend was the one doing all the in person tours. Definitely exceeds expectations. Plenty of storage, clean, and updated. I look forward to calling the Palmer home for the next year!

This apartment complex has earned these 5 stars. The grounds are clean, the maintenance team is kind and quick to respond to tickets, and the leasing staff is amazing. Dana Cromartie was very helpful and attentive to what we were looking for while searching for apartments. Her knowledge and helpful attitude gave a peace of mind to my wife and I that this would be the right place for us. Dana is by far the most wonderful leasing worker we have interacted with. If you want a true luxury apartment with the benefit of great staff, beautiful grounds, and walking distance of almost all of your shopping needs, the Palmer should definitely be on the top of your list.

Dana is very helpful. She is the lovely lady who leased me my apartment and made it very easy for me over the phone while I was not around to go and see the apartment itself. She helped me through the process of getting the apartment and moving in, and everything was very swift and clean. Today Dana went out of her way to help me with a situation she did not have to help with. For this I review this property with the 5 stars above for Dana true passion of helping others. Clarissa was our leasing agent, and she made sure that myself and my roommates had the BEST move-in/leasing experience. She answered all of our questions promptly and went above and beyond to make sure that we were prepared for move-in. I cannot recommend her enough!! She was professional, thoughtful, and patient with all of our questions and concerns. Thanks for making the move-in and leasing process simple! I have really enjoyed the complex after living here for about a month now. The closets and bathroom storage are especially spacious and the kitchen and living areas are nice and updated. The Palmer is a great place to call home
