Was in a group tour to Ijen organized by MyBaliTrips. Can absolutely recommend it to everyone. The bus was comfortable and on time, the driver and guides were the friendliest people ever! We were lucky to see blue fire and amazing sunrise view over the lake on the top (even tho in Bali the weather was terrible) So just go and have fun. We booked a day trip but the driver didn’t show up (already paid and got a confirmation of the trip) No one called us and we were just waiting for 1,5 hours until we realized no one is coming. No one was responding to our emails and calls. It was too late to book with another company so we couldn’t do anything that day. Would recommend to book with another company

Convenient site, booked a car with a driver in Nusa Penida. The Wayan driver met already on Nusa Penida, showed the west of the island (Broken beach, Angels Billabong, Kelinking, etc.). He planned his time well so that he could see everything. Showed the most beautiful locations for photography. Wayan was not only a driver, but also acted as a guide, he also took pictures and made good photos / videos, helped to hold things while taking pictures. Bottles of water were kindly provided in the car. The car is comfortable with air conditioning. Thanks to Mybalitrips and driver Wayan.

Excellent service, I liked the work of the manager, gave detailed and accurate information, all on time. Excellent fastboat, convenient office location both in Bali and Nusa Penida.

Rafting itself was good, there is even cool spots with swings for photos. And there is amazing carvings down the river. Launch after rafting is delicious! Cons: a lot of waiting coz our boat was not ready I wish rafting was more extrime, but for that one should choose another river.

I did Rinjani tracking 3d2n. That was amazing experience! Everything was organised very well. Our guide Pendy was very caring, understanding and supportive. He always have water for us, telling interesting facts about the Rinjani area and Indonesia. Porters are also great guys, were cooking tasty food and creating very friendly atmosphere. Challenging but incredible views. Totally recommend!

We booked a three-day tour to the Gili Islands of Lombok with a snorkeling excursion arranged by my Bali trips. We can highly recommend this to everyone! We had a great trip in which we went looking for coral and turtles. We went with a small group away from the crowd. Everything was arranged to the smallest detail!

I liked everything. The driver arrived on time, took us to the port, and helped us get our bracelets. We were greeted on the yacht with smiles, welcome drinks, and snacks. They constantly asked if everything was okay. Snorkeling was amazing, we saw many different fish. I recommend it, it's worth the money.

Climbing the Ijen volcano was one of the most incredible adventures of my life. Early morning, magical dawn, smoking crater - like in a sci-fi film. The guide was professional in his work, providing safety and interesting facts about the volcano. I recommend to all nature lovers!
