You can get the best price for various attractions in Bali. I booked quadbikes and jetski and i did enjoy those actions very much. This company can be trusted, i contacted them by whatsapp and did some payments by bank transfers. Definitely will arrange some bookings in the future. Thanks..👍👍👍👍👍

NON-RELIABLE COMPANY. I reserved a scooter one day before my arrival in Nusa Lembongan and the reservation was confirmed. An hour before leaving Sanur, I contacted them to let them know the time of my arrival. They told me there were no scooters available. Someone probably came along and agreed to rent the scooter for a higher price, and they gave it to this person. For many of the Balinese, the money comes first, and then the people. A shame.

Our driver, Bli Gede, was a humorous and helpful person. We had amazing experience thanks to him. He showed us the best spots to take pictures and helped us to take them! Most importantly, he drove safely and on time. Our experience with Gotravel was a pleasant one. We had to pay the deposit to book our car and did the full payment at the end of our trip to the driver by cash. Gotravel did a good job at making the process as easy as possible to the clients. I highly recommend to use Gotravel service!

Super Recommended, not pricey and worth the money. We bought our fastboat tickets to Gili T at the last minute, they were very responsive and helpful. Even they didn't complain at all when I had to change my booking because one of our friend got sick and couldn't make the trip.

I found Go Travel Indonesia on a google search whilst looking for prices to Nusa Lembongan from Sanur. They offered 4 companies and I choose Sri Rejeki was they had the times that suited and the port (beach area ) I wanted. I messaged GOtravelindonesia and they responded quickly with all information. Price confirmed - 250k Rp each return. This did not include transport in Sanur but I saved over 100k Rp for each traveler so happy to not have ‘free’ transport. After asking shops and ticket sellers their prices I could not close to this companies price. Sri Rejeki were also fantastic and their boat seems as large and modern as others such as scoot, glory and crown. They provided free transport to and from hotel in Lembongan. I will certainly use both companies again and recommended Go Travel Indonesia as a cheap travel provider without any sales talk. They just provide what you want at a fantastic price.

I travelled in Bali, Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Pelida for 10 days and Diah (Admin here, contact person) helped me in sorting my all travel needs without any delay in any of them. Also I was worried when they told me that they only communicate via texts not calls but they are 24×7 available. They are 100% trustworthy and they know how to keep their words. Also my scooter drop driver NyaNyo was charming and right on time always. Lots of wishes to them. I also heard that their other services than scooter is good. Will love to try soon. And will surely recommend it.

Sorry to say but I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied! The communication between the driver and the agent was so poor! We had a difficult time to communicate with the driver Jack as well (since he wasn’t really comfortable speaking English). The driver was also late by 45 mins to pick us up the next day. Also, we headed to the wrong location and hence, missed our first/scheduled tour for snorkelling! I would personally not recommend Gotravela to anyone!

No doubt, Gotravela is the best in Bali! Reliable service, fast response, best price. We booked motorbike from them previously, now booked fast boat tickets and never disappointing. Hope they can arrange bike drop off to Sanur as well.

They changed my boat from starfish to sunfish without mention it and changed arrival dock from sanur to pemelisan. Its far and have to walk 20 minutes from dock to main street. Such a bad experience!

Awesome service. I almost never reviewed anything but this one I just have to. I had a 2 days 1 night trip to Gili Islands from Bali with 2 of my friends and this travel agent catered to all of our needs and questions kindly. The snorkeling package that they offered is really affordable for only 270k IDR (approx. 18 USD) per person and we could get private boat with a very kind tour guide that took our videos and pics along the trip. Our tour guide, Pak Nain from Lombok was especially a very kind and great person! He took well care of our friend that can't swim so that she can enjoy the snorkeling to the fullest. He also helped us finding cheap bike rental in Gili Trawangan island and made sure we could safely ride home. We would love to have him as our tour guide again the next time we travel around. Very satisfied. Highly recommended

Didn't have any complain with this company. Actually legit. Used their service with the driver whilst we were in bali. I would recommend you using a driver instead of driving yourself. The only reason why im not giving them 5 stars is because their system and process is a little bit too complicated and could have been improved. Otherwise, the service, the car quality, and the price are excellent.

Great service. Flexible time, drivers are very friendly & always on time. One of our driver (Made Dana) also provided an exceptional experience for us as he guided us to go down onto Kelingkinf Beach and provided a very incredible support along the way, not to count that he also took great photos & videos. Hopefully I can return to Penida and use Gotravela’s service again in the future ❤️

We ordered 3 buses in Bali, and 1st driver Irwanto definitely was the worst driver i've ever met, the attitude was zero, he has anger issue I guess. Meanwhile 2nd bus' driver Mr. Hari was very best, fast, and very clever and also talkative. Gotravela better you teach your drivers in attitude and how to manage the communications with the tourists.

I rent car with driver 1 week ago, and really disappointed 😞. The driver keep talking offensively and racist. And he also refuse to take us to alas harum, even though our starting point is from seminyak. He also mind when we ask him to back to hotel to pick up my friend, before we go to shoping, which is the distance between hotel and shopping area only 2 km (12 minutes). And he keep comparing local tourist and international tourist. He said that international tourist is much much much better than the local. And he loved to serve international tourist than local.. (We are local). I feel uncomfortable during the trip :(.
