Rama Royal Resort has undergone remarkable changes since my last visit. The staff's attentiveness, led by Mr. Shree Ram, showcased a clear commitment to customer satisfaction. I commend the entire team for their dedication to improvement. Highly recommend for an outstanding experience!

The place was quite a disappointment. Recently had an event and the level of service was quite a show for the guests. They didn't even completed the decoration on time. Coming to the Hygiene the toilets and the wash basins were quite dirty when the barat arrived and the food was served cold and the taste was not good as compared to the price of the whole venue. And now the staffs were very rude with the guests and they even tried to humilite one of our close relative. The behavior was quite bigotry. This ruined everything and the worst part is they didn't even apologised for what wrong they did. The price was approximately 2.2 lacks which is quite high for the service inferior as this.

The management of the marriage hall was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Despite several complaints and concerns raised, nothing was done to improve the situation. The decorations were not up to standard and the staff were unresponsive to any requests or complaints. The cost of the banquet hall was also significantly higher compared to similar venues in the main town, making it an uneconomical choice. Overall, I would not recommend this banquet hall to anyone and suggest looking for alternative options that provide better management, service, and value for money. Waist of money, the "management" Didn't deserve even a One star...

One of worst banquet hall in the city . I had booked it for my function , They promised a lot but at the time of function they didn't provide anything. Only they are taking a lot of money for the poor service and management. Check below my rating before booking:- Common hall :- 5 out of 5 Room :- 2 out of 5 (ac not available and water issue) Management:- -10 out of 5 (one of the worst management ) Food :- -10 out of 5 (providing cold food and serving with poor waiter no spoon etc) Staff behaviour and response:- -20 out of 5 (only showing their arrogance) Finally had suffered the insulted from guest side due to this bad management while i had paid more than enough money . Don't blindly believe on manager's word .Before booking they will promise a lot while at the time of event you will get nothing . Good bye and all the best

Don't Book Such terrible place. Steer clear of this service if you value your sanity! The price they charge is daylight robbery considering the horrendous quality of service. The staff members are beyond rude, treating guests as a nuisance rather than paying customers. They shamelessly take payment upfront and then proceed to deliver nothing but disappointment. The air conditioning is a disaster, making you question if it even exists. The manager is a master of negligence, conveniently ignoring all complaints. The food is miles away from the mouthwatering descriptions on the menu. Don't subject yourself to this torture!

I strongly advise against using this service! It's not worth it at all. It's way too expensive, overly hyped, and the quality of service is extremely poor. The staff members are rude and unfriendly towards guests. They don't follow through with their commitments, even though they take the money upfront. Despite charging the same amount as others, their service is terribly lacking. They don't even serve the dishes as described in the menu. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this service!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Rama Royal Banquet in Barauni, Begusarai for 4 days for a marriage function, and it truly lived up to its reputation as one of the best hotels in Bihar with immense cultural and heritage value. From the moment I stepped foot inside the hotel, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of grandeur that is hard to find elsewhere. The services provided by the hotel were simply outstanding. They paid attention to even the tiniest details, ensuring that every customer felt like a VIP. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs, making me feel pampered and well taken care of throughout my stay. Interior and overall infrastructure of the banquet is too good. But the staff members and waiters are not well trained for hosting. They doesn't provide warm welcome to guests. There is lack of cooperation and management. Food menu was changed without any consent and the taste of food was also disappointing. They ask for decoration ideas but doesn't work accordingly. In my case every single sample of decoration was neglected and decoration was done as per their choice.

A very happy place for wedding and events . I had amazing experience here in Rama banquote. Everything was properly organised and it was well equipped here . Very friendly and helful staff. Infrastructure is best according to function. Various functions can be organised at a same site . It provides big compound with hurt house garden area.

Hello Rama Royal family, I was not thinking I will get hospitality beyond my expectations. The best thing is owner is helpful, polite and down to earth person Shree Ram sir…Manager Bittu who outstanding in his work and too much supportive and Neeraj who was helpful all time when needed and all the staffs were helpful as well..Overall experience was excellent and exceptional. Property campus is awesome with huge parking space. Spacious hall with loud music system. Connectivity with Barauni station is nearby approx 2km. I will recommend this property for all the celebrations specially wedding.
