If I have option to gave zero rating then I absolutely gave it zero. They mix egg in vegetarian food specially in paneer. I got very disappointed. They play with eelings of people who are vegetarian.

Extremely worst hotel. People will charge extra money. Reception guy is worst and non professional.

It used to be a good place until the recent experience with us which completely changed our perception. We always visited this place for non veg items and the other experience used to be good. This time we visited it just before Diwali and we ordered veg food items, paneer tikka masala. The taste was a little different and we asked them if the paneer coating is alright? They confirmed it's okay however we suspected that the gravy contained egg. However since they said nothing wrong we had it and left. My cousin is alergic to eggs so he started having stomach ache and vomiting after like an hour. We went back and confronted them, then they agreed to having put eggs in paneer gravy. They didn't even accept their mistake and tender any apology, rather they started arguing that this is how it is and everyone else also does the same. We were startled to know how many pure veg people would have been fooled by these people. Having trust issues now. The worst part is them not accepting their mistake and not listening to genuine customer problem.

The food was terible. The service was also not upto mark. All the veg item have same type of gravy. Panner tikka is not as it. The food was horrified. Please try butter nan and malai kofta which is good over many years.

It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hotel. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and for person who want to stay near zero mile. I would probably choose this hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

I have been there with friends for dinner and had worst experience. 1. Food quality was not good at all. All the chicken varities were tasteless and not fresh. 2. Service was very poor and slow.

Good rooms and services for the rates offered. The restaurant is there in the ground floor. Menu is very limited. Room service available.

Room are very spacious good maintain staff and manager are talking politely And one thing lift is not available in this hotel 🏨

We booked this Hotel for sister's marriage event. Food was awesome and appreciated by everyone there. Rooms were luxurious exactly like a 4 star hotel, very neat clean and with all the facilities available. Price is fair. Staffs were polite and one of the Manager at the reception was very much polite and always helpful. However, the other guy Sonu was horrible, illiterate and complete unprofessional. We had to warn him for his behaviour.

Extremely awesome experience with all required amenities. Very helpful and supportive staff. Nice and safe place to stay in Begusarai town.

It's pathetic ..they mixed egg in veg dish nd when asked about it their behaviour was very unprofessional nd did not have the courtesy to apologise nd accept their mistake instead they strtd arguing with us.. Vegetarian be carefull ..
