I think you can either have quantity or quality and this place is definitely to large to deliver on the quality aspect of a restaurant. It looks like a great place for families as a very large section is designed for children with an extremely large play area. When I saw this I probably should have listened to my gut and found another place to eat however as it was recommended and had some good reviews I stayed. I also think that they need to rethink the green lighting that is used throughout as it does not enhance an environment and makes it hard to distinguish the cooking temperature color guide in the menu. It also gives the entire venue (at least the section I sat in) a night-vision goggle look. Maybe some mixed pink and blues would work better?
