A nice and simple place for a short visit, the staff were friendly and responsive, the apartment was equipped with essential appliances, you might need to adjust the water heater and fridge to the required temperatures. The internet was not stable for a couple of days of my stay (especially in early mornings).

- Wifi is horrible, basically not present; - only twin beds; - no whirlpool bespite description on the website; - not enough warm water to have a shower for ONE person; - no AC; - no hand sanitizer in rooms. - it was clean.

Some time passed through, since I was in Hotel Sandra, neighborhood, for 2 weeks, it was in Aug 1998 ... !! Guatiza in my mind looked then very good, and Hotel-Guests there said accommodation was quiet well and satisfactorily ... :) Grets from Germany

Good points; Nice clean and tidy room, also very friendly staff when available. Very quiet. spacious outdoor area great for adults. Bad points; not a 24 hour receptionist. Not having full cooking equipment etc toaster. Difficulty with keys and receiving info about departure.

We stayed in the ground floor apartment and found it was very clean and easy access to the pool, the kitchen equipment was really basic our kettle was broken and there wasn't a toaster. When you get to the apartments if you don't arrive between 8am-4pm The key will be locked in box where you will be given a code as the reception is closed before 8am and after 4pm. The staff are extremely polite and will use google translate if you struggle with the language barrier, the apartments and gardens are immaculate the pool is really big the photos don't do it justice. There is access to WiFi you get it better on the balcony and near the pool. There isnt air con and the rooms do get very warm. You are close to the beach and the dino supermarket if you wanted to go to the yumbo centre it's only €3 in a taxi. I would 100% stay here again if we return to Gran Canaria. We are very impressed
