Communication between unattentive staff members was poor. We were waiting for at least 20 minutes to order. Then we spoke to several members of staff, none of whom were in a position to take our orders. Eventually we managed to place our orders. One of our meals (grilled fish) arrived after about 10-15 minutes, but the second meal (beefsteak) took another 20 minutes minimum. When the food arrived it seemed stale and rushed. The fish was unpleasant, the steak was sat in a puddle of grease and blood. The chips were soggy and flavourless. Very disappointed.

The minute I sat down (where I wanted as directed by the nice lady who greeted me), a big male waiter was very rude to me. He was upset that I had created work for him by sitting at an unclear table. I was in no hurry and did not expect him to clear it quickly, but I wanted to sit there to eat as it was close to a window. The waiter tutted, sighed and made me feel very uncomfortable, and so I left complaining to the lady owner on my way out. She did apologise. This is a great pity. I didn't eat there and never will now, I have given it a bad review having not even eaten there, I may have given a great review and come back again and again. Ruined because of a very rude waiter. The way he behaved it was as if I was prividing him a service, not the other way round. Such a pity....

Lovely little place was taken here as part of our tour the food was lovely and the restaurant was lovely had an amazing view of the town

We got to taste authentic Gran Canarian tapas. Food was very good and service was excellent. Restaurant is clean and tastefully decorated.

The tour guide stopped us there. The service is good. Greasy food, local taste I guess. Clean toilets, cheap prices

Absolutely wonderful, service fab, prices good, portions big. Very clean and freindly. Relaxed atmosphere. A must to visit well done everyone 👍👏

Serving the purpose perfectly. Quick cheap meal. Nothing fancy but not bad at all. Unlimited drinks and really nice service.
