I visited this studio for the first time this week. I was looking for and Iyengar yoga studio near where I was staying and this was down the block. What an amazing surprise. Romy, the Owner, is a great teacher and has a very cute small studio. The instruction was very attentive, as Iyengar should be, and she understood how to modify poses for everyone that had physical issues. She also had a full stock of props. The space is intimate but really well designed. And Romy is just the nicest person. I highly recommend this studio!

In a recent trip to israel I stopped to practice in Romi’s charming studio. Coming to an iyengar studio always feels like home but Romi’s teachings were warm and welcoming which made it feel even more so. Looking forward to returning!
