My family booked an apartment with Holy Guest and the country closed its borders to tourists the night before their arrival. HG said we could use our deposit or get a discount on future bookings. When I went to rebook, not only was their customer service rude but they denied us our deposit and the discount. I suggest spending your money with another company with better service.

This was a beautiful apartment however the water pipes turned off for half a day without notice. When it came back the taps and showers were yellow / brown. Disgusting. No compensation was offered. No help was given when we reached out on multiple occasions. This made us all very very unwell and ruined our holiday. Very disappointed in holy guests, will never use again.

The apartment is beautiful and you can’t beat the location. It is beautifully furnished and features every amenity one needs for an enjoyable stay. We especially appreciated having indoor parking. The apartment is located in a very high-end building in the midst of the trendy and fabulous Florentin neighborhood, surrounded by wonderful cafes and restaurants, and just a few minutes walk from the lovely streets of Old Jaffa. The team at HolyGuest were so helpful and friendly and they made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the apartment and HolyGuest!

BEWARE!!! Rude people and bad facilities. I am currently staying at Holy Guest in Jerusalem. First there was no key when we got there. As soon as we walked in the room the place smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I called the owner and he sent the janitor. The janitor told him it doesn't so he rudely said that they checked it and it doesn't smell and good night. After that he refused to answer any more concerns. I asked to cancel the reservation for the second night since I am allergic and itchy and they denied my request. The light flickers in living room.

We have again enjoyed a wonderful stay in a fantastic apartment near carmel market in Tel Aviv. Everything was so easy from booking to check in and out. Communication was good throughout our stay although we never needed anything! Spotlessly clean as always. Very high standard of management and apartment rentals. We shall be back. Thank you

Holy Guest is NUMBER ONE in Tel Aviv! Just finished our second stay at the same apartment we stayed in last year and it was PERFECT. The apartment itself is amazing, upgraded and really well furnished and designed. Amazing location right in between the beach and the restaurants and liveliness of central Tel Aviv. I wish I could buy this apartment haha. And holy guest, amazing service. Super communicative before we arrived, I even booked an airport car pick up through them which was great because I have two kids who need car seats and it was all set up and the driver was at the airport waiting for us when we arrived. We didn’t need anything throughout our stay because it was literally perfect but I’m sure if something had come up they would have acted immediately. Could not recommended them enough - stay with holy guest, you will not be disappointed!

Great main room with kitchen/dining/living area bright and open. We loved the quiet street it was on, but still close to shopping and the beach. One special note: there was an electrical problem (on the Sabbath!) and they came and got it fixed right away. Great service! Kitchen is unusually well stocked with plates and pans and so on -- we cooked five dinners here!

The apartment was well fitted out, light, clean and with aircon durning the outside heat the place was very comfortable. The location is central to cafes and restaurants, bus stops and beach and shops. Don’t be put out by the building’s outside appearance because you will see similar all around! The apartment is lovely and service responsive to any request or question.

Traveling to Israel on a regular basis for many years now I had my share of experiences with different Airbnb hosts. HolyGuest tops my list and I can recommend this company to anybody seeking a trustworthy and competent host. Communication about all relevant aspects of our stay was complete and helpful. The accommodation was exactly as indicated in the description and photos. Everything was perfectly clean; from dishes in the cupboards to sheets and towels. All electric appliances were of good quality and in perfect order. Accidentally our apartment was just next door to the HolyGuest office and I had the opportunity to meet the helpful and friendly staff personally. I will definitely book through HolyGuest again for future visits.

From when I first made the booking for this apartment Holyguest made the process seamless from beginning to end. Very professional & attentive to any of our needs. The apartment is in a fantastic location. In the heart of Tel - Aviv with a cool & vibrant atmosphere below & peace & quite above. The roof terrace makes the apartment & is a great bonus when chilling at home at breakfast or last thing at night. Amazing street food, Bars & Restaurants are dotted all around the adjoining streets. Excellent communication and cooperation from HolyGuests representatives. Apartment has all you need, kitchen electronics and dishes, all in very clean working condition. Beds comfortable and clean. Two bathrooms upstairs one shower and second bathtub. There is washer and dryer on second floor very convenient. Location for this property is absolute gem. First time in Israel I appreciated being able to feel safe and walking distance from all tourists destinations and the beaches. Will come back renting this unit again and will recommend to everyone.

Everything was perfect especially the location! The apartment has an awesome balcony perfect for morning coffee or end of day glass of wine. Everything was spotless and clean and stocked well from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Entry into the apartment building was secure and very easy and even came with a parking spot! Yarden was available if we needed some thing but frankly we didn’t have to ask. Highly recommend this wonderful three bedroom apartment.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Geula Street apartment. The apartment is beautiful, well maintained, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic position. HolyGuest looked after us so well ensuring any enquiry was dealt with immediately and efficiently. Their communication before our trip and during was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for more and can’t wait to book it again.

Great apartment in the heart of tel Aviv, a few minutes walk to the beach and to Carmel Market, with some great cafes around the corner (and soon a subway line nearby also) The apartment is spacious and very well maintained and the host’s check in and check out processes are simple and fast They are also extremely responsive and helpful with any queries you may have. Could not recommend this place enough as a base for your time in this amazing city

Fantastic location so close to beach. Beds comfortable and really helpful to have washing machine. Kitchen could be better equiped but adequate for what we needed. Good food shops nearby. Best feature is full roller blackout blinds!

Self check-in and Samuel was a great host, he answered everything quickly and solved my problem looking for another apartment for the next week, since the apartment I was in was already rented the following week. A wonderful 2 bedroom apartment in a great district of Florentin. Very close to the sea, an old railway station and a park, numerous cafes and restaurants. A few groceries and supermarkets at hand. We loved it!

We just completed a five week stay in Tel Aviv. Holy Guest was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment we chose was exactly as pictured on line. Prior to our arrival, HolyGuest sent us an email with all the information we needed to access the apartment, the garage space, wifi and television. When we encountered problems (very minor, the prior tenant switched the TV to Russian language and we couldn't read it to change to English, and we needed some more hangers) someone responded immediately via email and/or WhatsApp and the problems were resolved quickly. HolyGuest runs a very professional operation with outstanding customer service. I look forward to renting from them next year.

There were issues with the apartment I was renting before arriving, so the team reached out and asked if I wanted to cancel and get a refund or just get 2 days off of my rental and stay in it anyway. I chose the second. My rental property also promised parking for $15 a day. When we got there it was much more expensive. They were responsive and great and agreed if we had receipts they would pay back the difference between the $15 a day and what we paid. When the trip ended I sent everything they asked for but then from that moment on I never heard from them again. I have reached out to them on VRBO, to their after hours line, reservation line, and “my host” who was who was the one who had promised all these things. I’m posting this after 3 weeks of trying to get ahold of them with no luck. ** editing to 3 stars as I have finally gotten ahold of the company and gotten my refund **

Excellent accommodation in north Tel Aviv. Modern, clean, comfortable apartment with all the amenities you need. Great location. Stores, restaurants, beaches, river within walking distance. Would rent again next time in Tel Aviv area.

We have used HolyGuest three times in the past year - and we are rebooking with them again for our upcoming trip in December. We loved the apartment they got us and they were fair and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

We enjoyed 10 nights in a fantastic 3 bedroom plus rooftop on Ben Yehuda when we were in TA for our daughters wedding. It was the most wonderful place to stay - bright , spacious , well equipped and very convenient to get to the beach and the Port . The rooftop is an amazing entertaining area with lots of outdoor furniture and a big BbQ . There is also a great balcony off the kitchen / living room . Unlike many TA rentals , the bedrooms are very generous in size and there are lots of cupboards and mirrors - which made it a perfect location for a wedding trip .

The apartment is in superb condition, stylish, very clean, and equipped with everything (including fast wifi). We particularly enjoyed the quiet and spacious terrace. The location is perfect: literally a minute from the beach and a few minutes from the Carmel market. At the same time, it’s very quiet and offers a good night’s sleep. We were highly satisfied with our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. The unit was beautiful and the hospitality was amazing. The staff was in constant communication with me and helped us all the way. 10/10 would recommend.
