As an American in Tel Aviv, I was excited to find an art store with a wide selection of supplies and brands I'm used to. Last time I was there I approached the front, with an armful of supplies I intended to buy, to ask for some assistance. Instead I was treated with disdain. Haven't decided if I'll go back yet or not...such a shame when a store manages to ruin the experience with such poor customer service.

The shop is fantastic. It's large and spacious and has so much art supplies! If you want markers, or paint, or charcoal, or pencils... So many options! And the staff are very nice too. This store is far larger and nicer than what they had in Dizengoff Center.

You can find anything you want here and the attention is really good. You can order by phone and they sent you the materials to any city of Israel at low cost extra.

One of the best places to choose oil paints, acrylics and watercolors and everything for creativity. I advise you to look there too

Neat service! Ordered a bunch of stuff from within the Netherlands, with the request to wrap it all nicely so a friend of mine could pick it up for her birthday a few days later. One of their employees called me on the phone to check for some details and make the payment. All went swiftly and two days later my friend picked up her present. Thanks again for helping me out :)

Heaven, they have soooo many different brands, from expensive to kids-begginers level. The store it's huge, you can lost yourself in your thoughts, colors and enjoy every second of being there. If I cannot order something on Amazon, I could definitely go there for the prices. And the people are sooo lovely!

I’ve never seen such principal workers: to sit and not doing anything. With grumpy and not welcomed face, show with fingers 5. That they won’t open shop even one minute earlier. And than to come slowly to open shop and look at you like you are nothing. Very disappointing and discriminating.

Well organized and well stocked. The staff was very helpful, and the prices very fair for israel. The main problem is parking. There is paid parking nearby, but not cheap.

An amazing art supply store😍!!! Everything was organised in a way that was orderly & made sense. Perfectly multilingual and they actually wrapped all of my loose purchases [gouache paints were placed in storage boxes, and the brushes were also wrapped]😍😍😍 Such a lovely place with excellent customer service💗 100/10 recommend!!!

Mai-Art is a perfect store for any artist. It carries a wide variety of art and art-related products, and is wheelchair accessible as well.

A beautiful store with all what you can want of artistic articles. I loved, the seller speaks in English and Hebrew so, and a great person helped me.
