    Very Comfortable Location; Plenty of Shade and Places to Sit; Beautiful Landscape;. Children's Play Area; Lots of Grass and Brick Walkways. However...it was "Filthy". The Waste Cans were Overflowing and I couldn't walk Anywhere, without Stepping on Dog Poo, Cigarette Butts or Loose Garbage. Other than that; This Park is in a Perfect Location and There's Markets, Various Businesses and Public Transportation, Right There.
