I'm getting hungry thinking about it. Both the Sabich and Falafel are great and on very reasonable prices for what passes as the center of this overpriced town. I wish I found this place sooner. The best part is that you can take some digestives while waiting for the Sabich. I recommend the purple tomato and the pickles.

The first meal after landing has to be something with pita. The falafels have a crunchy crust outside and are soft and vividly green inside. The combination of tahini, humus, and hot sauce is just right to the point. Wonderful. And the Sabich next door owned by the same shop is so enticing. Well, that’s the what the half-pita option for— GET BOTH! Wow. That just brought tastiness to the next-level! Even though I am half full after the half falafel pita, every bite of the sabich— Tahini, cheese, fried eggplant, hard boiled egg (seriously, how can hard boiled egg yolk taste so good), tomato salad, the pita bread, hummus, amba, sauces and spices that I don’t even know their names… Every ingredient is so different and flavorful on its own, and yet together they compose such a harmony. No wonder the place always has two lines and a crowd munching on the spot. I, for example, cannot resist the temptation of either counter, cannot think about letting the wonderful food cool down in my hands, and cannot worry about digging into the pita with a smeared face on a busy street. Very fast service. Totally recommended.

I was told this is the best falafel in Tel Aviv and wow, it really is! Fast service. Nothing fancy at all, just delicious falafel/sabich in pitas. Outside seating only. Also parking around here is pretty much impossible so take a bus, a taxi or walk.

I can confidently say that this place serves the best sabich in Tel Aviv! Every time I visit, I indulge in the delicious flavors of this fluffy pita sandwich. My personal favorite is with hummus and cheese, and I always order a side of peppers for some added spice. It's also a great vegan option for those looking for plant-based choices. It's simply 👌🏽!

This sabich is street food at its best. The combination of crispy eggplant, fluffy pita bread, creamy hummus, tangy amba sauce, and fresh veggies is a perfect balance of flavors and textures. What sets this sabich apart is the quality of its ingredients. Every component is of the highest quality, and they work together to create a dish that is both satisfying and delicious.

On the corner of a main street. Two separate lines so look to make sure you are in the correct place. Comes with an egg roll filled with potatoes. Very delicious. Make sure to ask for it all the way. The spice level is moderate so make sure all the toppings are added. It's a hot day so this falafel pita paired with canned coke. Overall great stop and go. Plenty of seating outside and near by. Five stars for having a different type of pita. I appreciate the effort.

This small neat place makes a killer Sabich! I for one do not even like eggplant, but the sabich they prepped for my friend looked so goood I had to try. Got the cheese and humus version , was so worth giving a shot. BTW recommend having a lemonade at the side as it complements the taste

Don’t walk, run to this place and get Sabich. We came here three of the seven nights we stayed in Tel Aviv, it’s that good. We just asked the guys behind the counter to prepare ours how they like ours and each was delicious.

The location is a side by side sabich and falafel "stands" with limited picnic tables type seating on the sidewalk. The sabich stand offer sabich either in a pita bread or as a "salad" offered in a bowl (a larger portion than the pita sandwich. A bowl and a "complete" pita sandwich cost I.S. 67. Service is fast and efficient; prompt but not overly friendly. Product tasted very fresh and tge food was warm. There are various condiments that are displayed on bowls as free add-ons to any purchase (plastic containers are provided).

Good sandwiches. Not as generous as the Aricha Sabich near Jerusalem's Yehuda Market.

A Sabich Sandwich is not only really tasty, but also a great alternative to the many falafel sandwiches I had here in Tel Aviv. The shop has some sitting possibilities outside on the street, you get your sandwich fast, and the taste especially with the herbes and sauces is really nice! Definitely a recommendation if you’re in the area!

Affordable price in such an expensive city. I don't speak Hebrew, but I somehow managed to order. Loved this tasty sabich.

Finger licking falafel, quick service, don't get discouraged if the line is long, they're quick, good prices too, nothing goes wrong here friends. Less than $20 USA dollars for 2 orders including drinks. I highly recommend this place

Spending my last two days in Tel Aviv, I really wanted to try Sabich. Getting back to the city on a Friday afternoon, I‘ve been searching to find some spot that is still open. Renting a scooter and especially driving there for 20 mins, they told me they are closed when I arrived at 16:22. I did not even get offered to choose something else after I told I especially came to that place! Everything was still there and people were eating outside. Maybe they should update their opening hours if they wanna close prior to 16:30.

There’s a reason why there’s always a line outside Sabich Frishman. Not to be confused with the falafel counter that shares a wall, Sabich Frishman serves up some astounding sabich, perfect for when you’re wandering around Tel Aviv. From the fresh salads to the herbs to the eggplant to the eggs to the sauces to the pita it’s all housed in, this place will blow you away. For the uninitiated, you can also order a “chatzi manah” half portion (which is admittedly a bit more than half of the normal order), but it’s a great entry point if you’re just looking for a lighter order. 10/10!

Frischman is a pair of street food stalls serving pita sandwiches, and you can have your pick between falafel on the left or sabich on the right! Their sabich menu looked more intriguing to me, so I swung right and ordered the half sabich with hummus & cheese. The pita sandwich turned out to be a work of art. It was layered with numerous different sauces including hummus, tahini, amba, and chili crisp, along with different salads (cabbage, tomatoes, herbs, onions), and crumbled feta cheese. But of course, a sabich wouldn’t be sabich without fried eggplant and egg, and the colorful combination bursted out of the pita in a beautiful gestalt. The sandwich was built on a perfectly soft, chewy, fluffy pita bread, and you could help yourself at the counter to numerous different pickles to go with the sandwich too!

Cheese hummus pita all the way — one of the best street foods I have had in my life. The compliment pickles are such a treat. Simply amazing.

Hands down the most delicious thing I’ve eaten in Israel!! I had the hummus and feta. Going back there for lunch and dinner on my last day tomorrow it’s that good!

Sabich Frishman is definitely among the most famous sandwich shops around Tel Aviv. If you translate the name it means something like man of freshness. I like it! Because all of their food was excellent. The falafel balls are really good, so are the deep fried potato fingers. But really outstanding is their sabich, especially the one with cheese and hummus. So of you pass by, don’t be afraid of the long queue - they are quite fast. But be careful with the peppers, these are very hot. But a lemonade might help here as well. Definitely a recommendation for a sandwich.

Great. We love the sabih at frishman. This yime we tried the sabih in a plate. They also offer the clasic pita dish, or whole wheat pita and they even have gluten free pita. Go to vegans.ml to find more vegan frienly places in Tel Avic

This place serves one of the best sabich in the area. Soft pita bread stuffed with eggplant, hard boiled egg, chopped salad, parsley, tahini sauce, cheese and spices, this is a local staple for breakfast or snack. They offer in both half and regular sizes. Accept Visa or Mastercard (sorry AMEX). Staff speak English and are very friendly.

Ok sabich. Super greasy. You can get a better one in 5 minutes walk.

  • 5/5 Noemi M. 4 years ago on Google
So good! There are 2 lines, if it is you first time there you should try the right one, for the Sabish, while on the left you have a more traditional falafel. Nothing pretentious, you just have your sandwich outside, but it is highly recommended for a quick lunch.

  • 5/5 Mor H. 5 years ago on Google
Absolutely delicious. There is a line but It moves quickly. The cheese sabich is out of this world and the staff is always nice. Good prices as well. I would come here again for sure.

Favorite meal in Israel. They have two shops. Left one is falafel sandwiches and the other one the sabich. I tried both and thought they were both tasty.
