Warning

FLOODING
in
Tel
Aviv"
on
that
day.
I
don't
understand
why
the
tour
company
didn't
cancel
the
tour
in
advance.
When
meeting
up,
the
rain
was
very
heavy.
There
were
puddles
everywhere.
The
road
has
become
river.
There
was
flood
run
down
the
stairs
as
well.
The
tourist
guide
still
decided
to
lead
the
people
to
walk
into
the
rain.
The
group
was
too
long
to
find
out
where
the
other
people
were.
As
the
rain
was
too
heavy
to
walk,
the
group
was
brought
to
arcade
afterward.
Waiting
for
about
30
minutes,
there
was
no
sign
that
the
rain
would
become
smaller.
The
guide
made
the
decision
that
he
wanted
to
continue
the
tour.
Those
people
who
didn't
want
to
continue
were
abandoned
in
a
place
where
was
neither
safe
nor
familiar
to
them.
If
the
guide
checked
the
weather
forecast
in
advance,
why
he
hasn't
prepare
another
plan
for
raining?

(1)很難理解導遊為了賺小費把參加者的安全和信任丟在一旁的決定。
(2)導遊應該有提早查看天氣狀況,如果已經知道會下暴雨,難道沒有準備雨天備案嗎?
我在2020年1月份參加導覽,當天整個海法地區發佈暴雨洪水黃色預警,但我不懂為什麼導覽公司沒有事先通知參加導覽的人這樣的天氣狀況,並且取消當天的導覽。
當天早上在集合時很明顯雨已經非常大,而且每個地方都在積水,馬路上都是河流,還有從階梯上沖下來滾滾洪水,但導遊還是堅持帶著一群人往雨中走,整個30多人的隊伍拉得很長,幾乎看不到前方的人在哪裡。
後來因為雨實在太大,參加者被帶到一處不是很乾淨的橋下等待,大概等了將近半小時,雨勢看起來並不會變小,導遊做的決定是「他要在暴雨中繼續走導覽,想要跟的人就跟來,不想跟的人自己找路回去」。當時我們處在低漥的地方,回去的路跟向上走的路都嚴重積水或已成河道,根本找不到安全的路,不想走導覽的人等於被拋棄在一個既不熟悉又不安全的狀態中。
