The best Doner in TLV and maybe the best one in Israel. The Iskander dish is sn amazing combination of meat, yogourt, grilled vegetables and Mediterranean spices and is an absolute must. You can either sit down for a meal or take your food to go.

It was a good shawarma. People said best in Israel I can't agree with that but it was good. Service was great and very friendly staff.

No proper update of the absence of holiday opening hours is rescheduled according to Google translate WITHOUT updating the map, came especially to the location, and even the note with no further details, disrespecting the tourist and none native speakers

The Iskander, which is their recommended dish, was delicious and something I haven't seen anywhere else. However, the price is a bit steep and the place is very small so there's a line around lunch time. Unless you're cool with lines, don't go if you're gonna get there after 12:00

As a shawarma connisour I regret coming here. The only good thing about the meal was the Lafah bread which was supple and soft. The Shawarma was very, very salty and I've had to finish it because I was both hungry and cause it cost 50 ILS. Not worth it at all.

We were the last ones lucky to order the Iskander & Doner on a Friday. It was sooooo good! It's worth the line. Be sure to arrive early and not too close to closing time. The hosts are very kind and generous with the amount of meat they serve. We'll definitely go back.

One of the best experiences a I've ever had. The meat was extraordinary, the pita was like a cloud, fluffy and tasty. The meat was like nothing I've ever ate, juicy, soft and flavorful. It's the best Shawarma I ate, and by far.

Delicious comforting food. Feels the real deal and packed with Turkish people. Not cheap though.. 50 nis for the best dish.

If I could give more stars, I would. Mutfak is hands down the best Shawarma in Israel; if not the world. The family that runs it takes pride in their craft and it shows. They have the most juicy, delicious lamb I have ever been blessed to experience. Perfectly cooked, paired with yogurt, some grilled veggies and salsa. Eating a Mutfak is a spiritual experience. Go prepared to wait a little but it will be worth every second of it! Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this place!

Their iskender is very good, but it’s unjustifiably expensive (reason for 1 star). 70 NIS for a plate is absurd especially considering their location. The area is sketchy and dangerous, definitely not somewhere you want to be when it’s dark out. It seems they are obviously abusing their reputation to charge exorbitant prices.

We had iskandar and lahmajoon roll and both were very delicious. The meat has good flavours and the bread is authentic. In my opinion the roll could have been bigger for the price and still definitely will come back again. Great job guys!

Best shawarma i had in Israel. Quick and fast service. The place though is small and can get crowded.

Iskendar was ok, meat was great but the pita felt old and dry which ruined the dish.

The Donner Kebab was really good, they've got an amazing Amba sauce. The Lahmacun was nice but not as good as the Donner Kebab.

Best real Doner in Israel. Islander even more interesting than a “simple” Doner ( swarma in Arabic). Try with Yogort. Delicious! Usually take out home Islander. Be aware - usually no Doner left about 6 P.M, and some times the place is shut for couple of weeks during the summer!

Turkish family cooking Turkish food. Try İskender, ask to add some hot butter on top and enjoy.

Good deal for lunch, interesting food, pleasant service, owned bt nice people. However their signature dish, which is super hyped by the media, is good - but not as incredible as it is described. It's good shawarma meet with yogurt, tomato sauce, grilled tomatoes, hot peppers and pita bread crumbs. The combination is good, but isn't divine, so all in all it's a nice option for lunch.

Excellent food! The "Iskanda" dish (shawarma, pepper, tomatoes and yogurt) is superb. While the size of this establishment is small and intimate, they need to expand as sitting (or standing) out in the street is quite filthy. Highly recommended.

Great Turkish doner and the lahmacun is good as well, very close to the taste in the Turkey :)

A small Turkish Donner Kebbab restaurant, self service only, in South Tel Aviv. Very good lamb donner (schawarma) but the taste was not the same as in Istanbul. Ate the Iskendar with yogurt & grilled vegetables, see photo.

It's a very small place but without any hesitation the best shawarma I have ever eaten in my whole life. The meat is so unique, nice service good prices recommend

👍 It’s been a few years since my last visit and the place grew a lot and is now a huge restaurant right on the port of Jaffa. The design is very impressive too. We arrived just before 1pm and had plenty of room, despite the fact that we did not have an order. Right after we sat down, the staff brought...
