Edit 2022 - we ate in and the experience was much better than it was on delivery. The burger was incredible and the sweet potato fries were awesome. Made an online order - the burger was really amazing but the fries were practically soggy and we couldn’t eat them.

Pretty good burger. They have interesting options for topping combinations, all involving high quality ingredients that work well together and are very dominant. The meat itself though wasn’t very special and lacked color when cooked medium. Fries and onion rings are very good, they go great with their selection of special sauces such as blue cheese, truffle mayo and tartar. There are many good hamburger places in Tel Aviv, this place isn’t my go to but definitely worth a taste.

Very friendly and nice staff, chips are very thin, some may like it some may hate it ,I enjoyed them but they get cold pretty fast. I had the L'agneu burger, it was pretty good, the beef was juicy but did not taste the sauce much. A solid 4 star

Small place, service was ok, as a food, but meat was definitely medium rare, not well as it was told, and bun was dry. Fries were delicious

We didn't have a reservation and although it was busy, we still got a table outside for 3. I wish I could give 6 stars for service, our waitress was the sweetest, fun and awesome! We all tried different burgers, and I had great options too considering my pregnancy. The fried onion rings were a bit too greasy for my taste, but the sweet potato fries and the burgers were so tasty. You won't leave with an empty stomach. They made it pretty quickly and we had a very great time.

2023 & Update: still the best. I've visited 26 Hamburger Gourmet about 7 times over the last 6 years, and there has never been a time that I've been disappointed. The burgers are in my opinion the best in Israel, no contest. 26 is better than Vitrina, Port 19, Mozes and others. Not only is the food amazing, the service is always on the highest level, and the servers are super nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My favorite burger is La Truffe, a beautiful combination of ingredients that together make a great burger. 2nd favorite is Dolce, a sweet and savory combination of apples and blue cheese. The atmosphere is also amazing, great music and cozy vibes, it's always a great scene for hangouts, and the cocktails and drinks are tasty and give the right amount of buzz. 5/5 Highly recommend, must visit for burger lovers in Israel, imo it's the best burger in the country.

If there’s a place for burgers in Tel Aviv, this is the one. The beef quality is outstanding. The combination of ingredients is creative and every bite feels like a unique experience. Not cheap and the fries are just ok. The whole burger experience it is one of the best in town for sure.

Got the reccomended la truffe burger and it didn't disappoint. Price wasn't cheap but pretty standard for tel Aviv prices. Staff was also really nice. Fries were good but nothing special

I had the Truffle and was super delicious! I appreciate the gluten free option for the buns. The burger was cooked to perfection. If you come during happy hour you can get 50% off your second drink. The staff was very attentive and they spoke English!

A fantastic menu of artistically designed hamburgers, accompanied by fun side dishes and drinks. Great service, welcoming, kind and attentive people. I really enjoyed the food, especially the sweet potato fries with blue cheese dip which was absolutely perfect, texture, flavor and all. Excellent wine options, though a little bit limited, we ordered the chianti (perfect!) and a great local beer from the tap. We also got free shots from our awesome waiter just for fun. The atmosphere was nice and chill thanks to wonderful music choices and complemented the high quality food. Thank you for a splendid Friday afternoon experience. :)

Great place to sit with your friends, ordered a medium burger and it was very good, the meat was great and the topping combinations were also good. Prices are fine, not expensive and not cheap. The staff were nice. I recommend 🫡

Tasty, but this time.. ordered classic burger without onion for take away. At home, I saw an onion in my burger. Unfortunately, this is becoming commonplace in Israel. Left hungry and angry. Of course, they returned the money to me, but I'm not sure if I want to come again.. Is too sad.

If Hamburger 26 was a person, I'd marry it. Burger Melts in the mouth, staff are super friendly, great atmosphere.

Truly a gourmet burger. One of my top 5 high-end burgers you can get in Israel. If you're on a burger hunt, you have to try this one. I couldn't eat it all the time, but every once and a while it's good for the soul. It's even incredible as takeout which normally comes out bad.. cocktails were decent.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! I didn’t enjoy my experience here at all. I went with a group of 7 people. One wanted regular cheese on his vegan burger but they told him no, and another friend wanted extra sour cream for his side order and they said no!!! The waiter was totally rude about it and gave us no explanation as to why we cannot have these things. Then they sent another waiter to tell us that this is a high end fancy restaurant and we cannot have any extra sauce or substitute because they are specially crafted. I’m sorry but a customer that wants a different kind of cheese and they say no, doesn’t sound specially crafted. Yes, the burger was good but not at the expense of bad customer service and not being able to get extra sauce or swap cheeses. Iv had better experiences at McDonald’s. their snooty service has ruined a halfway decent burger. 2 stars is me being nice. Don’t go here.

👍 It’s been a few years since my last visit and the place grew a lot and is now a huge restaurant right on the port of Jaffa. The design is very impressive too. We arrived just before 1pm and had plenty of room, despite the fact that we did not have an order. Right after we sat down, the staff brought...
