WORST
HOSTEL
EXPERIENCE
EVER!!!
NO
HOT
WATER!!!
FREEZING
COLD
ROOMS!!!
I
stayed
at
this
hostel
for
a
few
days.
This
place
is
a
converted
warehouse.
The
rooms
are
like
jail
cells,
very
small
space,
small
window,
no
ventilation,
concrete
walls,
cold,
thin
uncomfortable
mattresses.
A
lot
of
the
rooms
have
no
heat
or
air
conditioning.
There
was
no
hot
water
when
I
stayed
there
because
there
was
no
sun
that
morning.
The
management
is
very
cheap.
They
are
unwilling
to
run
the
hot
water
heater
because
it
costs
them
some
money.
BE
CAREFUL
TO
ASK
FRO
RECEIPTS
WHEN
YOU
BUY
BEER
OR
FOOD
FROM
THIS
HOSTEL.
They
charged
me
twice
for
a
lot
of
stuff
and
wouldn't
give
me
a
refund
when
I
brought
it
to
their
attention.
A
TOTAL
SCAM!
BEWARE!
Beer
is
cheaper
just
a
block
away
at
the
corner
store
anyway,
so
go
buy
it
there.
The
management
is
very
weird.
They
are
not
outdoorsy,
travel
bug,
backpacker
types
that
I
have
always
encountered
at
hostels.
They
are
grungy,
garage,
graffiti,
artsy
fartsy
sketchy
people.
They
attract
negative
elements
such
as
drug
dealers
who
routinely
stay
at
their
hostel.
They
are
extremely
cheap.
They
are
anti-semetic
as
well.
Their
manager
Omer
talked
about
several
groups
of
American
Jewish
women
that
stayed
there
in
a
derogatory
manner--claiming
they
were
'spoiled'
because
they
complained
about
their
not
being
hot
water
and
how
uncomfortable
the
conditions
were.
They
employ
lots
of
illegal
immigrants
and
use
junk
to
do
all
their
renovations.
Their
kitchen
counters
are
made
from
old
shower
stalls.
Im
a
fan
of
creative
art
and
all,
but
really?
Do
I
want
to
eat
off
of
a
shower
stall
that
was
host
to
who
knows
how
many
years
of
fungus,
mold,
etc?
They
make
enough
money
in
fraudulent
beer
sales
etc
they
could
afford
to
buy
a
regular
counter
top.
The
location
is
sketchy
and
unsafe.
Its
near
a
prison,
a
chain
of
mechanic
shops,
and
nowhere
close
to
the
safe
tourist
scenes
of
Jaffa
and
Tel
Aviv.
You'll
end
up
paying
the
difference
in
cab/bus
fare.
They
do
provide
beaten
up
bikes,
but
totally
unsafe
in
my
opinion
to
bike
around
at
night
from
Tel
Aviv
where
all
the
action
is.
cabs
are
expensive.
This
place
is
also
high
drama.
I
witnessed
one
of
the
staff
(the
guy
with
the
beard)
get
in
one
of
the
guests
face
for
apparently
no
reason
and
insult
him
and
then
kick
him
out.
I
asked
the
staff
what
had
happened
and
he
said
that
nobody
is
welcome
to
the
hostel
unless
they
have
a
reservation
for
security
reasons.
I
think
there
is
more
to
that
story
that
the
staff
tell.
I
have
stayed
in
hostels
for
years
and
i've
never
witnessed
staff
treating
a
visitor
so
rudely
and
violently.
Lastly,
don't
expect
to
get
a
lot
of
sleep,
the
walls
are
paper
thin
and
there
is
always
hammering
and
construction
going
on.
This
place
should
not
have
a
hostel
charter.
They
work
with
Go
Eco
to
provide
housing
for
people
who
volunteer
with
various
community
service
projects.
Go
Eco
should
be
ashamed
of
themselves
for
putting
their
volunteers
up
at
overstay.
The
hostel's
real
name
is
Overpay
because
thats
what
you
do
when
you
stay
there.
Overstated
and
Overpaid
is
what
that
hostel
really
is.
A
total
dump.
A
bunch
of
racist,
anti-semetic
and
discriminatory
managment.
And
when
you
do
your
investigation
about
this
bomb
shelter
of
a
hostel,
you
will
see
that
my
feedback
is
corroborated
by
the
majority
of
guests
who
have
had
the
misfortune
of
staying
here.
The
positive
reviews
if
any
are
either
paid
staff,
fraudulent,
or
friends
of
the
management
who
have
a
stake
in
the
profits.
STEER
CLEAR!!
