I
placed
an
order
with
them
online.
I
got
the
approval
for
the
order
right
away.
Before
I
placed
my
order
I
checked
the
entire
website
for
delivery
time
and
couldn't
find
any.
My
mistake
that
because
I
didn't
see
a
delivery
time
before
I
placed
my
order
and
after
I
placed
my
order
I
thought
it
would
take
30-40
minutes
which
is
about
the
average
delivery
time
of
most
restaurant
that
are
about
3-4
kilometers
from
my
apartment.
After
over
an
hour
of
waiting
close
to
an
hour
and
20
minutes
I
phones
them.
The
customer
service
rep
that
answered
the
phone
was
VERY
rude.
I
told
him
my
address
and
he
said
that
the
delivery
time
is
up
to
an
hour
and
a
half.
I
asked
him
where
it
says
that,
he
said
on
the
site.
I
told
him
to
show
me
where
and
again
he
said
on
the
site.
I
told
him
its
been
now
almost
an
hour
and
a
half
is
my
order
at
least
on
the
way?
He
said
no.
So
I
said
I
want
to
cancel.
He
said
he
can
only
cancel
if
I
give
him
my
credit
card
number
again.
I
asked
why
he
said
that
is
the
only
way.
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager
and
after
5
minutes
another
person
came
on
the
phone
and
told
me
they
are
backed
up
and
that
this
never
happens.
The
usual
bull.
I
gave
them
my
credit
card
and
I
hope
they
refunded
me.
All
in
all
terrible
customer
service
and
terrible
experience.
I
waited
an
hour
and
a
half
for
this
food
and
now
after
that
time
I'm
really
hungry
and
I
don't
have
any
food.
