Nice location. Good service. Below-average coffee. I ordered an almond latte and the only vegan sandwich option. The coffee was bland and uneventful as far as my taste buds were concerned. No body. The avocado sandwich was also bland. No real flavor. Nothing creative about it. The bread was soggy and made the sandwich difficult to handle. Can someone please tell me why do restauranteurs think that all vegans like alfalfa sprouts? I can’t stand them, especially raw. The outdoor seating area is real nice, shaded by a beautiful tree. The outdoor seating area is also the smoking area, so keep that in mind. Another beef I have against Israeli coffee-restaurant chains is that they offer only one type of coffee - and not of the best coffee bean one could find. It gets boring. The place is kept relatively clean and tidy. All in all - an okay experience.

While the location under the roof is agreeable & while they have a variety of sandwiches, the hefty prices (16 nis the croissant!) had me given up on one of the unopened item right away (litteraly seconds). The worker there refused to refund me. Then as I insisted, they pretended my card wasn't working for a refund (while it was working just fine for paying). So I asked for a cash refund which they refused as well. At this point I got angry. So they finally agreed to refund the unopened item. I've never seen anything like that before. Such a rude and dishonest service. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all. Won't return.

The place is ok. Food, pastry, orange juice - superb; but coffee is not good at all. Barista is swamped, it’s painful to see them work. Also, I’ve ordered matcha a few times and every time it came with clumps of matcha powder. The workers are nice, always polite but slow, except for barista.
