Lachmanina

Cafe

😐 Great bakery on the higher end of the price scale. Poor vegan choices. Even though it's a bakery, the music sound level is super high, making it impossible to communicate with the staff without resorting to shouting. People often mention coffee, great, service, good, Great, tasty, Aviv, pastries,

Love everything about this place! Great spot for people watching. Pastries are great and sandwiches are divine! The Tunisian Sabih (more like Frikase) is d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s - generous amount of tuna, eggs and other delicacies inside a crunchy fresh baguette. Any of the Nelson breads will surely be a triumph as well. Fantastic Pistachio croissant. I can die now.

Lachmanina is a tasty busy Coffee shop, which is great for a quick stop on the way to grab take away Coffee and freshly baked goods. There's always a line, but the service is quick and efficient.

A hidden pearl, with delicious food, a fabulous in-store shopping, great view, good prices, amazing atmosphere, rich vegan alternatives.. so this is a must-visit place.

Exactly what you would expect from a Tel Aviv coffee place. Lively atmosphere, nice staff. Prices are more on the expensive side

We love coming here. Food is always fresh and looks great on the counter. The place is clean and organized, and the vibe is great. The only thing that bothered me is the seating arrangement outside, where they crammed lots of tables and people in small yard, some of of the people were smoking and it felt like they were smoking on us.

One of the best bakeries in Tel Aviv. They have great food options, bread, coffee, and a mean Matias fish. I also loved their Cisoris salad (see picture); it’s delicious! It’s a good place to go for breakfast, as well as during the day for coffee or lunch.

A great spot for breakfast/brunch. The Nelson bread is great (and the options on the menu with it are excellent), the quiches are tasty and the sweets are mouth-watering (pistachio croissant, cheese cake!) This is also THE place to sit for people watching and a nice view over HaBima square. Bottom line - a fantastic bakery-cafe, top2 in town (with Lehamim/Breads).

Great place to grab a coffee. If theres no seats, take to go and sit across the street in Habima. They also have a large selection of baked goods.

I love the coffee, and it's always feels nice to meet friends there. The vegan options are few and not creative enough, but some are very tasty 🥰

I love love love Lachmanina. The food is fresh and delicious. There are many options for (almost) every taste. Staff is friendly. Great selection of pastries and cookies. Also, fabulous homeware to buy for home or as gifts. One request, tho- please have more GF baked options. Even the bread always runs out.

Love this place! Great food, kitchenware, decor, plants, sweets, salads, drinks... I couldn't list all the items they offer. Kinda pricey but worth it. I've sat with friends in lovely outdoor area, but more often I stop in for some irresistible goody--and buy five. 🤭 Definitely a great choice for meeting friends, taking out-of-town visitors, and picking up a yummy treat just because. 👍

Nice coffee and pastries, but no table service, so you need to queue like in Starbucks.

Favorite Friday place for a good sandwich and croissant& personal favorite Lachmanina branch. Good service, cute home accessories and yummy food. Best croissants: pistachio & Ha Ella

The perfect coffee place if you want to enjoy good coffee with yummy sandwiches. (You can relax before a concert at Habima!) A little pricey, but the design worth it all. Irregular and colorful with plants and great service 🦋

The coffee was good. The pastries we tried were dry and not well made.

Usually a good place. A bit odd that dogs are not allowed in a cafe at the center of Tel Aviv. To be clear: dogs are allowed outside, just not when you go in to order.

  • 3/5 Ben J. 1 year ago on Google
Pretty average cafe, inconvenient ordering system where you queue inside to say what food and drinks you want then your coffee order gets yelled out from the window. The coffee is average and the croissant are pretty decent. Perhaps better for a quick takeaway if there is no queue.

Super nice food and bread/pastries, warmers at the open, a closed patio and fast coffees delivered even when packed. Positioned just across Habima Square

This long time Tel Aviv fixture combines great coffee and bakery sandwiches, with awesome location - a shady corner overlooking Habima Plaza at the Corner of Rothschild and Ben Zion boulevards.

👍👍 Delicious food and delightful atmosphere in this corner of quiet streets under big old trees. We tried multiple dishes, all great! Service got a bit slow towards the end as they were closing.
