Very beautiful terrace on a quiet road . Staff is very friendly and food choice is interesting. Our dishes tasted fresh and tasty. Price quite low compared to average. An enjoyable lunch !

The coffee is not bad but the barista systematically "forgets" to give you your change back and needs to be reminded... I don't think they would be too happy if customers also "forgot" to pay their coffee... I am totally in favor of giving service or tips and I usually leave a good service but I would like to decide how much and when myself! Also the coffee is really way too expensive for a small take away.

Go for the Shakshuka and stay for the warm cookie with ice cream. Our daughter had the avo toast and then ordered a second. She said it was the best she has ever had. The service was great, the place is charming but the brunch is AMAZING. It made me want to live in the neighborhood so this could be our place for Sunday brunch.

Small and peaceful place in neve tzedek that matches the neighborhood’s vibe perfectly. The staff were very kind. Food was great and fresh but not something out of the ordinary.

Food was good, but the worst service in Tel-Aviv I’ve ever seen. We waited in queue like 20 minutes, waited for service more that 10 minutes, then waitress brought the wrong dish, mixed up wrong sauces and then forget to delete mushrooms from superbowl even I said I’m allergic on it. And after all of this she came to ask to pay tips like I MUST TO. Almost with scandal. I left tips but my lunch and mood was screwed up.

Recatly they have updated the menu and it is more for to the Israeli breakfast-brunch food. The service is pretty fast and nice. Recommend to go there during the mourning in the middle of the week

Strange place. I came especially because of the great reviews. I asked for poached eggs and was told they didn’t do that but could do eggs any other way I liked. I asked for soft boiled eggs but was told that was not on the menu either… so I left. Odd to charge more than 20 dollars for breakfast and then they won’t do eggs the way you ask for.

It was our first time in Alma cafe, and it was a bit disappointing. We ordered vegan breakfast for too which included lots of things in it and looked super promising. Food was okay, coffee was way below average 😔 they brought us orange juice 🧃 that was not a fresh juice as was said in menu, but waiter was nice enough to change it for carrot as that’s the only juice they squeeze freshly in here (would be nice if he would say it in advance). At the end it was written in Hebrew description of breakfast “konfitoriat tut”, that was missing in English version of menu, when we asked for it we got bread and Nutella..in vegan breakfast.. I mean, not a big deal but small things like that make big difference in an overall impression from a place Atmosphere was rather cold and music on a second floor sounds just like a noise coz of a speaker, maybe it’s nicer to sit outside but not on a hot summer day like now.

Nice breakfast and a cosy place to sit outside. We visit the cafe twice in our short vocation and had the breakfast for two for 145 shekel. It includes coffee and juice which is a good deal. The other day we had shakshuka which was also delicious.

Cute place for a breakfast, got 2 eggs, a small salad with break, a bit of cheese, eggplant spread, quinoa, orange juice and a coffee for 71 shekels. All was fresh and tasty. The service is like almost everywhere in Israel, slow.

We wanted to have a real Tel-Aviv experience, but it wasn't pleasant!! We ordered a breakfast for two 135 ILS (plate of food, 2 portions of eggs+ bread, 4 drinks). There was hair in my son's omelette. He almost vomited, it was disgusting. We told the waitress and she said "I'm so sorry we'll bring a new one". She brought a new one, my son felt ok, so he ate the omelette. We ordered 3 lattes+ orange juice that are included. 1. Usually if you made a big mistake like A HAIR IN THE FOOD, at least you ask if guests want something like desert or something to cheer them. No one asked us! 2. The waitress brought a check with 4 drinks for which she wanted us to pay!! But they are included already. She said: oh, sorry, someone thought that you've ordered a bigger portion, I will fix it. So in the end the total price was supposed to be 135 ILS 3. Before I gave her my card she asked : "do you want to give us a tip"? I didn't want to. But, I said 10%, because of the hair. I think that's also too much. If not these bit pleasant situations, it could be a nice place. It's crowded, tables are small, you sit close to other people (nothing new). But, honestly nothing special. The line was about 10-15 minutes before we could sit .

We’re visiting from Sydney, Australia. This place is outstanding. The best cheese toastie I’ve ever had with a delicious salad and iced tea. Great service, presentation and value for money.

They say they are vegan friendly, but the vegan food was tasteless. They also say on the menu that some dishes can become vegan, but they can't. The non vegan food was ok, but the portions were too small for the price.

It is a lovely cafe. Within what you would expect from a cafe in Tel-Aviv. The food is exactly what you would have expected. Good to Very good but not bright. Service was good and fast. The place is loud but we somehow managed to have a decent conversation. We dined on a sunny Friday Noon. I lost track of prices in Tel-Aviv so I do not know how expensive it is. "Breakfast for 2" costs 145ILS and is not extremely big.

I had the most lovely meal here! As an American visiting with my Israeli friend, the staff was super kind and helpful in helping me identify vegan options and the food was SOOO yummy! One of my favorite meals I’ve had in Tel Aviv. The manager even said hi to me at the end and made sure everything was good. Highly recommend this restaurant for a truly authentic “Israeli” experience, start to finish!

Adequate/fair food for the price. Good choices and fairly fresh. Great service! Kind, fast, and welcoming. Atmosphere is also very nice. We sat outside and enjoyed the street vibes. I'd recommend it for a nice brunch in this area.

Over the years when I find myself in Neve Zedek, I usually find myself in Café Alma to grab a bite. They have good food which usually does not fail to surprise in a good way. Doesn't matter if you want main dishes or just dessert, everything is good. So if you are in the neighborhood, do stop in, you won't be disappointed.

Great location. Good food. But service is so so…. Seems to be very functional and profit driven. Each table has its own designation based on number of people. You can only stay up to 1.5 hours. Workers only respond to requests relating to their roles - hostess, waiter, etc. - they will not take care of you if you asked for something outside their role. It’s like a factory for making money, not your friendly neighbourhood cafe…

BEST customer service. And food. Cute cozy cool environment. Very clean. I believe to be the manager, saw me looking at my food strange, walked up, and insisted I choose something different on the house if I was unsatisfied with my meal. Something that I ordered, knowingly that it was a meat I’ve never tried. Incredibly kind, great food. Thanks so much you guys!

Great place, amazing service, decent prices and good food. Busy in Fridays but worth the 10-15 min wait. The avocado crostini was to die for.

I ordered toast and it was looks like they use army bread. They even not cutted it so I can eat it and it spreaded into pieces while i tried to eat it. Capuchino was auful - it was mixed and with color of sand. Salad was just cutted vegetables even no any lemon juce on it. Up to me they cannot cook. I dont expect from israelis to be a chefs - its not for them but even for Israel it was not worse 50 shekels for this toast. In army we got much better food. Never in my life I will come closer to this place. Its very pitty that in Israel there is no free market so people that cannot cook will find themselves outside from this industry.

It’s a terrible place. First of all, it wasn't tasty. Secondly, we paid 40 shekels more! We paid by card and no one warned us about the 17% tip, which was written on the receipt (in Hebrew!) but came out at 20%, not 17%. Tips only for paying card. A rude waitress who didn't explain anything to the tourists and rudely told me that I supposedly agreed. I'm a tourist and I was served poorly, which is what I paid for.

A coffee shop that looks small from the outside but is surprisingly big from the inside . The food was tasty. Much better than any of the coffee shops that duplicated themselves all over the country.

👍 It’s been a few years since my last visit and the place grew a lot and is now a huge restaurant right on the port of Jaffa. The design is very impressive too. We arrived just before 1pm and had plenty of room, despite the fact that we did not have an order. Right after we sat down, the staff brought...
