The
falafel
had
potential
with
a
nice
herbaceous
taste,
but
unfortunately
it
was
overcooked
on
the
outside
and
undercooked
inside.
This
leads
me
to
believe
that
it
was
cooked
at
too
high
a
temperature,
possibly
to
speed
up
service.
Not
only
does
this
compromise
the
taste
of
the
dish,
but
it
can
also
be
harmful
to
the
health
of
the
customer.
When
food
is
fried
at
a
high
temperature
for
an
extended
period,
it
can
create
carcinogenic
compounds
that
are
harmful
to
the
body.
In
addition,
overcooked
food
loses
many
of
its
nutrients
and
can
be
more
difficult
to
digest.
Overly
fried
food
can
also
lead
to
weight
gain
and
increased
risk
of
heart
disease.
As
a
concerned
customer,
I
urge
the
owner
to
prioritize
both
taste
and
health
by
cooking
the
food
properly.
It's
important
to
strike
a
balance
between
speed
of
service
and
quality
of
the
food
to
ensure
the
best
possible
experience
for
customers
while
also
promoting
their
health
and
wellbeing.
