If you're looking for Israeli home cooking toys is your place. Amazing food! Good size plates for a good price and a lot of variety. They have great vegetarian options. My personal favorite is the stuffed Beetroot.

The beef is amazing. Chicken is ok, but probably won’t get it again. Need to remember to ask for no dill if you don’t like that on top.

A good local place with a lot of vegan and vegetarian choices. The prices are good for Tel Aviv and you get a huge portion. An English menu exists.

Shemaia cooks home food in his small restaurant. The place is always clean and the smell can't keep you out of the door. I've been there quiet a few times and it was always the same: tasty, clean, genorous portions and always with a smile. I recomend to arrive at early noon time otherwise you moght miss some of the dishes.

Just like Ima used to make and they don't mess around with the presentation. Come get your plate of food for a decent price. Hacol taiim.

Wonderful food and such a friendly service. Great value for money (45₪ as of end of 2019). It's as casual as it gets, very homey and super simple, for quick and satisfying lunch. They only accept cash.
